I hate that people get angry about feeding their vendors. Comparing it to an 8 hr office job is not realistic. Wedding vendors can have 12+ hr days without much of a break to potty let alone time to leave and eat. Wedding's have a certain air of expectation and class. That's just how it is. And no, I'm not a vendor myself. Just sharing my 2 cents. 😊

@@saschamayer4050 in case you didn’t know in order to get workers tied to their desks they actually provide food. Plenty of large firms do that. They even have beds to sleep on. So yes If you want your photographer there at the venue during their lunch break then yes you have to provide them with food.

The comment above saying food IS provided by larger companies who want their workers to work More is absolutely correct. But regardless, as I had mentioned in my original post, there is an air of expectation and class around weddings. I'd rather stick to that and know my vendors have not starved, passed out or had to Leave my event completely trying to get a bite elsewhere. That adds to the risk of a car accident or a car breakdown and then they become Fully unavailable for your wedding. If I want someone there at the drop of a hat for 8 - 12+ hrs I will provide food for them. Happy and fed vendors are Good vendor's. ♥️

If you are having children at the wedding, it may help to know how many adult guests and how many children. There was a price difference in meals and beverages for us.

Nov 1st 2024 Bride Timeline review: it costs $41, and you get to make a max of 2 timelines. I was disappointed initially b/c it was made to sound like you type in a lot of what you wanted and the AI aspect would customize it for you, this is not the case. I am glad I bought it how ever because when I sent it to be looked over by my parents I found out that we had different expectations for the day that blew up into a whole thing where I found out some important info that could have ruined the wedding. I do like the texting of the bridal party aspect the day of but again my wedding is in a month so we will see if it works.
