Seeing this live must have been an absolutely amazing experience

I saw an even more creative jam than this a month earlier, 4/22/06 and it was....unreal, but this DVD captured the experience, minus Crossing the Frame and Time Consumer. Remember watching this and buying it on Halloween 2006....knowing the band were finished and wondering what the hell was next ...but at least we had this.....however this song was extremely foreboding.

greatest talkbox solo outside of Pink Floyd's Pigs Three Different Ones

Man, this era of the band was so good when Mic and Josh weren't too doped up to play. The chemistry from these Final Cut jams was so palpable. Reminds me of Zeppelin. Its a shame that Mic never got his stuff together, cause him and Josh are the perfect rhythym section for what Claudio and Travis are doing. Zach is good, but it just isn't the same.

It's still the best version. So much better without the self indulgence of a fucking theramin and keyboard solo.

I wouldn't say "self indulgent. More like for shits and giggles. Plus that keyboard solo was dope.

@boogirl9711, it's entirely self-indulgent. May as have Trey Anastasio come out and play the same noodle for 10min.
