I actually agree with gamma 2 one. he got the same buff that gamma 1 got from the lr gammas after all. And I can think of a few fights he might be good in like red zone beerus and movie boss rush (he can nullify both beerus and broly's super). Just give him a dodge build and he should be fine enough since he should be able to tank all normals as long as he has lr gamma support up and most of the hardest fights hardest phase is their str phase. ofcourse he isn't a top ten contender for an tur but his offence will still be solid plus he can work as a offence support. I am also a defence over offence guy but come on! are we gonna ignore when offence is good too? because gamma 2's damage even today holds up well just like gamma 1's defence held up. There will never be a reason to run him is true but by that logic the only team that is reasonable to run is the beast gohan team. You are running characters like this to have fun and he isn't useless like other 2022 characters so you can run him in these fights.

Day 1 Hello @DaTruthDT can you make a video about dokkan abandoning game modes to leave to die. •pattern battle should be a permanent mode it would lighten the frustrations of not getting all the cards for that season and rewards while were cool when it released our almost useless now •chain battle is gone now but rather then trying to make it better like reducing the point required to get all rewards and/or reducing the characters needed to even start the mode to lesson the rng aspect they just deleted it. •ultimate clash while a decent mode mostly cause of the rewards hasn’t actually been changed gameplay wise like adding categories effective for this fight and whats the point of even having level 1 besides padding for playtime. Im a global player and im actually upset that they deleted 1.0 of clash rather then even trying to improve it. •world tournament… just delete the the first fight with the 3 enemy’s and reduce the points required to get all rewards wouldn’t fix the awful mode but its a start Just wanted to point out an issue that dokkan has created for themselves and them talking about making game more fun thought it was the perfect time to talk about this

I have a hot take and this one is a big one which most people will disagree with. I think the 7th anni characters are better than the 8th anni characters, and I do mean both 7th anni units compared to both 8th anni units. First of all as much as I like the buu duo I don't think it's hard to see why I think the 7th anni units are better. The buu duo is just defensive stakers who don't have any other defensive ability besides their standby mode (the 7th anni can stake in base too by the way) and in their stand by they can't attack in until the spirit bomb (which is a very valuable attack). The 7th anni units at least start off with guard which alone is better than buu duo's start of turn defense, plus they can transform much faster than the buu duo for their standy by. And besides just better start of turn performance and easier transformations the 7th anni units also have more abilities in their transformed forms such as attack break on their ultra super, damage reduction or dodge, massively raises both attack and defence on their their ultra super and greatly on their super which they can launch up to 3 of, and they crit on their active. They will rarely eat damage from normals in their transformed forms and they might attack break the super or dodge or counter the super depending on the character. The only value that buu duo has over both 7th anni units and gt duo is that their stand by mode is basically an immortal slot 1 for 5 turns. I don't have any doubt in my mind that they are better than buu duo but gt duo is definitely a much closer one for me. I like the buu duo more but the gt duo is without a doubt a better unit both in shorter and longer content. They really thought buu duo's 50% crit was equal to gt duo's 50% damage reduction which is just funny and even besides that gt duo has this little revive ability which restores your health by 100% and does an active skill amount of damage to the enemy at the process with the same conditions that buu duo has (also one small plus is that their standby mode is a pretty good offensive support). Also gt duo has a better link set than buu duo which isn't a very big point but it is better. And even funnier is they stack attack which means they can surpass the buu duo's offensive capability except the spirit bomb. The only thing the buu duo has over gt duo is their stand by mod but besides those 5 turns gt duo is overall better. I won't deny that gt duo is more valuable due to having the strongest revive but I still think what 7th anni units do is better because it's more consistent. Fİrstly the gt duo has the same problem as buu duo which they start of weak due to having to super attack to build up which the 7th anni units struggle less with due to having guard the first turn but unlike buu duo gt duo can get good much faster so I won't act like this is such a big deal especially now that aoe's are basically gone. Now for the second point it's their defensive. The attack break on it's own is an op defensive mechanic since it's basically a 100% dodge for the first attack they will receive and on top of that the gods have dodge and the monkey have damage reduction plus he has a counter just in case it's a super. Both their defensive abilities are more valuable than gt duo's 50% damage reduction. I have had many fights since they released where they have died in and in this meta they can no longer take supers unlike the 7th anni units who can not tank it either but they can avoid it. And when it comes to offence I do believe gt duo's damage is better but not by a lot since unlike gt duo the 7th anni units can get crit from their actives which plus they have massively and greatly raising attack defence on supers so it does shoot their attack up but I do believe offensively gt duo still takes it. I feel like 7th anni is units are better than gt duo but they are so close for me because that revive is so valuable even if the 7th anni both have amazing defensive tech. overall I would say this( this can be your TL;DR): gt duo revive makes them more valuable than the 7th anni units but I think the 7th anni units are still better because of what they can do defensively. The 7th anni units will rarely sell the fight for you (unless gogeta blue hits you with a post super aoe which gt duo should be able to tank). And buu duo isn't arguable in my opinion to be on the 7th anni level because their only value is their standby mode and nothing else.
