How about this? The Tiangong-1 happened after the zombie problem from the other series was solved, and the C.U.T. has taken over. Many months later, the Tiangong-1 incident happens. After the emergency is over and Tiangong-1 has fallen to earth entirely, the chemicals are causing people to turn into zombies again, and then we discover that the Tiangong-1 incident wasn't an accident. This was an effort made by The Path to destroy the C.U.T.? This event basically starts WWIII and it's C.U.T. vs The Path.

This emergency is impossible. Tiangong-1 has NO heat shielding at all, meaning that the pieces of the satellite will burn in the atmosphere and be destroyed completely before they can even hit the ground. The sharp tones at the start aren't part of the alert tone itself, they're the sound of the message being decoded. It is a SAME (specific area message encoding) tone. Basically telling the receiver what the emergency is, where it is, and any other information.
