I mean, If Eneru's space adventure taught us anything, it's that extraterrestrial life exists. So devil fruits being alien is a thing that wouldn't be too much of a stretch. And Vegapunk could definitely be the one person to tell us, seeing as he was so involved with devil fruit related experiments. It could just be something like "The Lunarians brought these sacred fruits from their home when they migrated to earth". Though, we would still need an explanation for how the fruits are reborn after a user dies.

From TB on there some weird choices (i don't like homies and zombies), and the last few arcs are visually very chaotic, imo, while one of one piece's strong suit was how pristine everything was. My opinion of course. Also, I like the style we have now! It's just not my favorite in the series

In my opinion, Oda meant something else. Most of the stories can kinda be guessed quite early, since they have limitations. One piece is a "One of a kind" (no pun intended), where after 25 years you still have no idea whatsoever on how it can go even the next chapter. That's why I love his writing.

define hype? is one piece a bad manga/anime? personally im curious how it ends and ties up, very few stories have a great ending. i love FMA, cause it starts and ends well, the plot comes full circle and ties up everything. i didnt like AoT, cause every 1 question answered it gave 100 new questions, and it just didnt seem to be well thought out. Death note is brillantly done until the ending imo. but why im interested is i grew up with this, that some arcs and character stories are very well done, it pulls at my heart strings. idk about the build up cause i dont seem build up for it or artifical hype, alot of ppl like it cause its overall well done, its a good story and it is fascinating to read. luffy v zoro, idk, cause im just up to the start of wano in the anime, i read the manga, and took breaks, and etc.. its a great story to pick up and read and wait for new arcs.

If Oda really wants to reveal EVERYTHING!, I am now almost thinking that we have way more than 5 years ahead of us. Roger's flashback will take a good while. The Void Century flashback should take a few months too. Garp and Dragon will likely get something as well. Dunno if it will in one flashback or two. Marineford itself had 31 chapters and the final war will likely go well beyond that. I think we can easily fill most of 5 years with just that and I haven't even gotten into the Islands before and between that. And so much more. Yeah, I think we will come close to 35 years of this story. Definitely more than 30.

I read the first 4 pockets of One Piece when I was a kid, then as a teen (in 2008) I remembered about One Piece and when I realized there was way more of it than I thought, I felt like it must be near the end. I believe in the theory that the Devil Fruits where created by the Ancient Civilization that was erased frim history 800. Maybe as a weapon to fight back during the war that erased them, and then as a tool to pass down their will, putting the "Souls" of their most relevant figures in them, this being the identity of the "Devil" inside the Fruits. The Nika Fruit literally being powered by the soul of Nika, and the same for the rest of fruits. ...Though taht would also mena that people had this kind of powers without the Fruits, or maybe the process of becoming a Fruit amplified their capabilities and gave their Skill a more tangible form, manifesting in powers? Who knows, only time will tell XD.

While searching about sanji being lunarians. There's this video that shows, there's a question in SBS chapter 55 about why sanji's eyebrows being curly. He said that Everyone lives in circle. The sun and moon and the earth spin in circle. etc... (just look sbs volume7). What I'm curious about the symbol of spiral in the OP world. like the spiral in the devil fruit. And now luffy in nika form has spiral hair and eyebrow soo... I really hope it will be explained in the next arc, But no matter what the ending one piece is. I'm still greatful that I watch it.
