Can you tell me what the average home owners insurance would be on a $300,000 home in Spring? I’m looking to move to Texas from Denver and am trying to get a price range that I am comfortable with.

That’ll depend on the age of home, location, flood risks etc. but we’re buying a new home and we were quoted around $185 a month for full coverage.

I tend to ignore design and look at functionality. The kitchens in the homes..although beautiful, isn’t functional at all. Hardly any counter space and not many upper cabinets( laundry room had more cabinets 😂) Maybe the builders gives buyers an option to add more cabinets 🤷‍♀️
