The first home from Newmark homes I love love that one does the the price differ from a new build in hockley and a new build in Katy...I like your wife's opinion and your real estate expertise...It's a great duo...

It’ll cost more for the Presidio plan in Katy over Hockley for sure. You’re paying a premium for the more established school system and community of Katy versus Hockley. And thank you ☺️🙏🏽

Love how the entire family is included in these home explorations.. this is why this channel stands out among many of the real estate videos.. my only sadness over this channel is that you are all in Houston where I wish it was San Antonio.. Anyhow, enjoyed the video. the first home you looked at was great but sadly that particular builder is not in the SA area, but fortunately I am targeting Perry, Highland, Dave Weekly to name a few.

Hi Aaron I’m from the Caribbean so I don’t always understand the terms used when you are describing a house. My question for you is what is meant when you describe a house as a 40, 50 or 60 lot? 😅 Thx

That’s the width of the lot. On a 40 the width of the lot would be 40’ wide for example.

Depends. There are lot size ranges within the 40’ sections. Typically 6000-9000 sf.

Hi Aaron. After lunch with a friend on Wednesday I drove to Jubilee Subdivision for a look. I like....I like...I liked what I seen. I did not enter/ walk into the model homes I just wanted to view the area and the amenities in the area. Houston Outlet nearby, 99, 290 and 23 mins from my daughter's home in Cypress. (Winning!!!😂) The only negative...the train track. Now, I need to drive my hubby out to view the area.

In my opinion its not an "open concept" and I Love it. The first home. I like the outside paint color on the Genoa. Highland I like the home but my knee and back don't care for the stairs.😊The Lincoln is only 545 square feel larger than my home I pd 72K back in 2005. The Tri Pointe home, love the closet. I would install a backlit mirror. The Chesmar (not sure on the spelling) I don't care for the cabinet color or countertops and backsplash (I don't like white paint in a home) Now, as for the bath with the black countertops👍🏾👍🏾Westend home I would like going in a neighbors house and see my home. I like opinions when paying that much money for a home. Love the outside of the Perry Home spacious home great for a family with multiple children.

I guess someone said up top that having a family tour this helps him see the families I guess that’s right because I never look at it that way. Me as an older person that works from home is content or never happen to go back to an office that way I can be home with the kids After they get out of school work and dedicate myself to my job 100% and save all the time of community and everything that I need that office in my home and I don’t want the office upstairs with the play area of the kids because during the time they’re home from school, I need them isolated from the office. I don’t need the office near the bedroom, so my needs are definitely in this family so if your family needs matches this then yes it is good to see a different type of person but for me I need an office in front of the house. I need a door lock because the kids like to come in and play with stuff. IYKYK

Diversity, the house/amenity package, and proximity to things we like to do the most. If we intended to send our daughter to school that would be my top 4.
