So here's something that debunks this entire thing. It's a common rule involving anything related to the soul of a dead person to NOT age them, and simply leave them at the age they died at. Meaning that due to Gold dying at the age of 11 in Lost Silver, he would remain in the form of an 11 year old for as long as his soul remains. If we were to get technical that "no one ages" headcanon only applies to people who seem to believe the anime is the most credible source. Characters age in the games, as well as the Pokemon Adventures manga (hence why Red and Blue/Green age in game, and why characters get older in the manga). So yeah, age in the terms of Pokemon is canon and due to the Creepypasta logic applying to Gold/Ethan in the Lost Silver and Cold on Mt. Silver stories they both are 11 and will remain that way

Fun fact: Creepypasta take place in the original game Pokemon Silver, which means Gold/Ethan was 11 years old child, so yeah, in canon of Creepypasta he died at a very young age, so he is way smaller then you think. Red is also not very old. He's canonically older then Gold by 2 or 3 years, so he should be ~ 13/14 years old in Creepypasta.
