There’s nothing wrong with wanting quality ingredients in food! I’m a diabetic, and I would hate to pass judgement on someone else’s food choices when I get a lot of flak for it. I do remember you saying in the past you struggled with disordered eating (I did too!) I would just be careful with “eating clean”. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to have the very best food, but please don’t beat yourself up and start to feel shame around “not-clean” foods. Food is food, and food is fuel!

For homemade SOUR CREAM 😊pour organic heavy cream into a mason jar, spoon in two giant blobs (lol) of plain yogurt with all the cultures in tact, cap and wrap jar in a towel and pop into a warm oven. Leave it in for 12 or so hours( I just pop it in after dinner and take it out the next morning.) Pop in the fridge to set and you literally have sour cream that isn’t devoid of nutrition like what’s sold at most grocery stores and is sooooo easy and delicious! ⭐️⭐️

I love that you feel so free to have your belly out in the open like you do when you are cleaning and with your kids and such. Wishing all the best for you and baby. I completely understand why you would want another opinion/another ultrasound. Sometimes having someone else take a look makes a huge difference. My doc was convinced my baby was small for gestational age and she repeated the ultrasound and still came to the same conclusion. But she wanted to be sure and send me to a different doctor and he confirmed that baby was actually right on track - not small. After he was born everyone could see that he was indeed not small at all!

I had my previa baby 3 weeks ago, exactly one month early. I joined a placenta previa facebook book group early on, and I've seen a lot of mamas talk about the same kind of frustration you're experiencing with placentas moving back (which I think may just be an inaccuracy of one or more measurements, not actual movements) and doctors not being supportive or helpful. I definitely agree that talking with your own trusted doctor is the way to go.

I understand how it is with doctors pushing their "professional" opinions onto you. I have a chronic condition, so I've seen and heard a lot of the same. I'm glad you guys are going to get or try to get another appointment, and it's always good to have second opinions. Honestly it seems like she was just trying to get to her next patient or try to have you guys spurt out money when you really might not have to. Glad you’ve requested a second opinion. In the healthcare system where I’m from my primary care obgyn i.e. sent me to hospital pregnancy monitoring before his annual leave at week 34 (usually would be scheduled at week 36-7) to avoid similar situations with the obgyn who was filling in as she would have seen me for the first time so late in pregnancy and did not have a full picture of my pregnancy journey. Also in such situations there should be two or three specialists looking at the same ultrasound and coming to a consensus rather than the decision being solely made by 1 doctor who was filling in. Glad to see on insta that you’re still pregnant ❤ wishing you the best and a healthy baby soon.😇😊👶 btw curious to know if you’ve decided on a name yet. 😏

I will tell you something crazy about due dates. My first was due 15th of July but born 19th of July (Eloise’s due date). My second was due 21st of April but I went overdue and she was born 30th of April (day after Theo). And my birthday is the 17th of August (when this baby is due). To me that is a wild coincidence!
