It's not a disappointing vlog. Any momma knows that this is how things are at the end of a healthy pregnancy. It's a waiting game and even when we have things hyper planned, those tiny littles come whenever they're ready. It's their world and we're just living in it (at least for those last couple weeks). You have handled this pregnancy so well and, as you do with everything else, with such grace. Excited for the expansion of your precious family.

You and I went in for a C-section almost a week apart two years ago. You with William and I with my first, my daughter. It has been so lovely watching your videos throughout the years, your video on your C-section delivery brought me so much peace going into mine. My uterus is deformed, and not shaped correctly, causing my daughter to be breach without much room. I am told it is possible we may be able to deliver another child, but when I read about my condition it causes a lot of complications- one of which that I will never have a vaginal birth with our next children. You hopefully getting to have the delivery you wanted fills me with so much excitement for you, it makes me so happy that you are able to have this delivery. I hope it continues to go the way you have hoped, and regardless of if it does, I hope that everyone is safe and healthy! ❤️

I'm so glad you got the green light from your doctor and you have the chance to go into spontaneous labor now. I am waiting for my first baby to get here and I'm trying to keep myself busy while also just being so so fatigued in my last month. I definitely feel like I'm in a daze some days especially because my Braxton Hicks are getting more painful when they happen. And since it's my first pregnancy I'm just trying not to freak myself out over all these sensations. Sending love and light to your beautiful family and I am glad you are able to prepare more for your baby. It's such a special time. This definitely wasn't a disappointing blog at all. I hear you on it’s been awhile since in labor… it’s been over 5 years for me and now I’m just entering third trimester with my third. It’s like it’s new all over again. I don't want to give advice.. cause as a mom of 3 I'm sure you know more than me a mom of one.. but when I was 39weeks pregnant I was really sick and just wanted it all to be over.. so my mom suggested I eat prawns.. and the very next day.. less than 24 hours later I had a baby.. 😅😅 just a suggestion..might not work for everybody.. but could help 🤷‍♀️.. I'm so excited for baby #4.. praying for a safe and healthy delivery...🥰

Just fyi! Eating dates worked for my labor! My midwife could barely find my cervix at 39/40 weeks and my labor was so tolerable for my first child. 9 hours and minimal tears. 💕

I’ve had two c-sections and I’m pregnant (almost due), and praying for the opposite- that my baby stays put until my c-section day. 😂 Any small sign is making me worry lol. I like to be prepared and never want to have a vaginal birth. I feel like my c-sections are gods plan too, and I am open to him changing plans, but man I love having everything planned and scheduled lol. Hope you get what you want, but ultimately that baby is healthy! Can’t wait for that “baby is born announcement”! God bless. ❤

@@heatherrae901 yes; my first baby was breech and they kept telling me I had a chance she’d turn, we tried flipping her, it was so hard not knowing and then having all of my plans changed the last week/last minute! I enjoy the peace of mind of knowing what to expect.

C sections can be beautiful too. My daughter was a c section and a term baby but traumatic. My second was a 27 weeker NICU for 120 days but such a beautiful c section, although I wasn’t able to hold or see him right as they brought him out, I was able to hear his cry.

@@lashleyportillo9041 same experience here, my first was traumatic because of the doctors and hospital policies (I wasn’t even allowed to hold my baby for 30 minutes, I kissed her and they took her out of the room). My second was peaceful and beautiful and I held him the whole time they worked on me (with my husbands help to support him).
