Gyutaro and Daki's past was a tragic upbringing. I sympathized with them,and it made me sad. The reason they don't look alike is probably because mother's guests are different.

It looks like you’ve reached a couple of wrong conclusions, so let me set you in the right direction: 1) First of all, when the Master of the Demon Slayers Corps was talking about the situation that hadn’t changed in over a hundred years, he’s talking about how no one was able to kill an Upper 6 demon. Muzan himself mentioned that back in episode 26 of season one. One you of came to the right conclusion but another thought it was something else … I believe it saying the Master was over a hundred years old, perhaps. 2) The Master is not a demon. He’s an ordinary human, and he hasn’t lived for over a hundred years. You saw back in episode 22 of season one that he was standing in the sunlight. In addition, in one of the Taisho Secrets, they mentioned that he’s the 97th Master of the Demon Slayers Corps. The Masters are normal humans. 3) I highly doubt that Tanjiro qualifies to become a Hashira. It took a team effort to defeat the Upper Rank, and you saw that his abilities are nowhere near Tengen’s. If he were to become a Hashira, it would not be Flame, as he hasn’t learned a single technique from the Flame breathing style. It’s like saying, “Oh, you know ballet? Then you can become the hip-hop hashira.” If he were to get promoted to Hashira, I imagine it would be Hinokami Breathing or Sun Breathing. 4) This is not a correction but an affirmation as you eventually came to the right conclusion: the Hashiras can’t just converge on that Entertainment District upon news that they discovered an Upper Rank demon (assuming one of the crows went to HQ to inform them). Japan is about the size of New Zealand, the UK, or California. There are probably demons spread out everywhere, and I imagine that the Hashira may be spread out too to take care of specific areas (they only converge for the semi-annual Hashira meetings). In addition, they have no modern means of speedy transportation. This all happened in one night; there’s just no way a bunch of them can come and help out Tengen. It looks like the Snake Hashira may have been nearby and was notified to help, but as you saw, he was already too late.

Spoilers Hmm, we learn muzan became a demon one thousand years ago in the s3 finale, right? For there to be 97 masters, that would mean their average time as master is ten years? How does that work, considering their base is apparently hidden super well? Obviously if this is spoilers for manga stuff, don't tell me.

"Ume" means Syphilis. Their mom died of Syphilis. Also Gyutaro had Congenital Syphilis that's why he had weird body structure.

how a human turns into a demon (this is only explained in the manga but not in the animation) Akaza offers Rengoku to become a demon, Gyutarou offers it to Tanjiro and in the flashback the Upper Six offers it to Gyutarou but what happens when the human agrees to this? The demon will spill blood on the human's hands, this will immediately inform Muzan what they want to turn this human into, if Muzan gives his approval, the blood becomes demon transforming blood but if Muzan does not accept, the human is eliminated. There are 2 requirements to be a Hashira (it is not mentioned in the original story, this appears in the manga "Rengoku Gaiden"): You can become a Hashira after eliminating 50 demons, however you can save yourself all that effort by eliminating one of the 12 moons, even if Tanjiro has the strength of a Hashira, he could not be one if he does not meet those requirements...
