Equal pay for women means like the equal prize money in grand slam tennis tournaments. Play shorter matches over only 3 sets, not 5, and get the same money!

If there is any difference its because women to a beautiful thing call having children ( Usually the man is working to pay for things during this period sometimes more then usual to make more money ) There is a ANUAL DIFFERENCE between males and females because of A LOT OF REASONS! One I have already mentioned, child birth being a big reason. When it comes to FAIR PAY and you live in a western world at the least then THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN THE WAGES AND SALARIES BETWEEN MALE AND FEMALE! I have never met someone of the opposite sex that working in the same job as me with the same responsibilities get paid a single cent more or less then me and I have also had many different jobs.. DO BETTER!

WOMEN deserve better ! they clearly work the toughest jobs like engineering, yet they get paid a tenth of what the males get! it is atrocious in this day and age !
