I want ask on issue of stadiums; does the club that owns the stadium get cuts from uefa for using their facilities or by default during a euro tournament uefa takes charges of the stadiums and keep all the money for themselves ?.

UEFA rents these stadiums from the clubs. In this tournament, the German government gave UEFA over € 600 million for the right to host the tournament.

stadium owners get paid. i live in hamburg and it's been said that the club HSV owning the volksparkstadium recieves around 6 million € in total for the 5 matches being played in their stadium. they had to invest money beforehand for a new sound system and some other stuff though, so the actual profit is smaller due to infrastructure requirements by uefa...though having a new sound system is also a good thing, the old one was really trash.
