Hey man, need help again I installed the 255lph Deutschwerkx a year or two ago and I was having the same misfire problem that you had and eventually it stopped starting just cranking and I replaced everything with spark cas,ignition coil, upgraded to Prw2, spark plug + wires etc except for the Chts because I saw your video about it being low fuel pressure and sure enough I had 7 psi so I dropped the tank and the hose was off the fuel pump so fixed that and converted to 6an but From the hardlines coming into the engine bay not all the way from the tank like you and got a fpr + filter and now the pressure primes to 65 and won’t lower, the car starts if I feather the gas but then pressure sits at 70-75ish and the fpr isn’t adjusting so I made sure there was no restriction in the return line and still nothing and then I put the old stock fpr on knowing it worked before I removed it and same problem I haven’t cleared the filter but it’s brand new and looks good I have no idea why it won’t lower and would love your help thanks 🙏

Hello I bought the fusible link box from you store and did the upgrade, when I did it i believe i did it correctly i followed your tutorial, the two on end for fuel you said were interchangable, and the power and alternator are interchangable and the middle three arent? I was having issues with my fusible link box before so I wanted to upgrade to hopefully fix the issue but now my car wont start. I have headlights ( dont flip ) seats work, windows, wipers, but car cannot start. I know your busy but any idea of what I could be doing wrong? I tested for continuity in the correct wire, it says i have 12.24v on the top bar and each fuse has power ill confirm again but any ideas? Sorry I didn't know how to DM on youtube and didn't wanna email thanks in advanced. love the car your my inspiration.

The fusible links box is not part of the starting system but does provide power for the fuel injection system so if your car doesn't crank it's another issue. If it cranks but doesn't start it may be related to the fusible links box but you can test for 12v at the injector harness with the key in the on position. In general the fusible links wont prevent your car from running properly unless you have a burnt out fuse. It provides power to the relays for many circuits but those relays are activated by the key. If you have 12v throughout the fusible links then you'll want to look for relay signal (to turn the relay on) and power through the relay to the circuits.

@@TheZGarage my car has no electrical at the dashboard , i put keys in and nothing , i figured if i had power to some systems may me i wired it wrong or something but I’ll look into it but inside my car looks like if i had no battery i checked slot of grounds and replace ground wire and stuff like you did too

Also double check your battery terminals. Z31 are notorious for being finicky when you have bad battery connections. You can also check the internal fuse box for power to see if there is even power getting into the cabin

@@TheZGarage I replaced the ground cable like you did, for the positive side i cut the wire back put a new battery terminal also cut back the wire and krimped end and taped, i cleaned the two grounds on firewall up top and the two on engine block, I have power to inside fuse box, atleast I have continuity into the driver side fuse box. Do you think i should check the relays in the front relay box or the one in fender behind fusible link? I got voltage to the fusible link at 12.24 volts on each fuse I don't know what else to check im at a lost.
