No wonder I couldn't do Invasion dungeons, I haven't done the new questline stuff yet

Is that the Bunny mission ? If so can i do it with other characters ?

None of these missions are character-locked, you can complete them on any character you want to use. I just use bunny because she's my speed-farming character and invasion dungeons give you better rewards based on how fast you clear them.

This is so stupid, i can't beat the last stage the boss one shots me every time even when i go in with Ult bunny.

You might want to stack more health and defense onto your descendant maybe? Taking longer to clear it is better than not being able to at all, since IMO the biggest reward is the huge gold payout from clearing it. There's also dungeons with really tough bosses that are really hard to solo since they hit like a truck, so it could be that too.
