Jayber's third skill, the special gun, enhances a turret with a special ability with its first shot, but the second and third shot from that special gun add duration to an enhanced turret (from the first shot). Each shot with the special gun skill also heals a turret by 60% of its health btw. Also, you can equip descendant modules on Jayber that increase duration, they increase turret duration and if you also equip a descendant cooldown reduction module on Jayber you can make the assault turret last longer than it takes for the cooldown. Also both his turrets depend on Jayber's stats, they have a certain % of his Health, Shield, Defense and Skillpower, so equipping mods that enhance those not only makes Jayber stronger but also his turrets. Jayber healing turret is bugged. Stuck at 2.1% heal ticks. No modules or skill power can boost it.

Jayber is in such a bad state that players think he is a Support Class when in fact he is a Utility DMG Dealer like Gley. That's why you barely see builds on him and if you do they either focused on his Healing turret taunts and his weapons doing 90% of his DMG. That's the sad part about him and his kit. So for those who keep saying he is a "Support Class" can't read, because it states he's a UTILITY DMG DEALER, so lets get that out the way first of all. The only two supports we have at the moment are Enzo and Yujin. I have over 150 Hours on Jayber and Rolled him 9 times. I find him B tier at the moment, while other DPS classes can do his job better. He's good on Def Missions, but other DPS classes can build into a Def Mission build that are a lot more mobile then Jayber like Bunny, Lepic, that water girl, etc. Also, he is suffering from Modification and Skill Power Bugs, which may be the cause of his horrible turret DPS. His 3rd ability and 4th needs a rework. I would say Make his 3rd a Utility Weapon, which it already is, but with more ammunition, like the Hand Gun or Hand Cannon. You're able to pick up ammunition while enhance your turret and killing mobs. While wielding the Multi-purpose Gun you are able to regen MP at a "x" rate and have "x" Def. This will allow him to be able to Resummon his turrets constantly without burning through his MP. His 4th ability should not destroy his turrets but rather buff them further. Apply maybe all types of status (Fire, cold, toxic, electric) , increased Range, Skill power, Fire arm atk, and attack speed. I think the all status work since he cannot benefit greatly from Crit builds. If you were to build for Crit: He has 5% Base Crit, so building around that will only bring his total Crit around 15% even with all the 4 Crit mods, including the Reactor if you were to tack that on. Crit based Classes like Lepic, Blair, etc. have Crit based focused builds, not Jayber. So, building for crit, even though it does 200k+ DMG with a chance, you cripple the rest of his kit since most of his DMG is based on "Utility", his turrets. So, that means if you went Crit build you would be playing a very selective style due to low CD/UP time in a fast pace game. For example: If bunny were to clear a group of mobs with her Mobile AOE, and you dropped your turret to help and are on the move to next pack, your kit is now on CD since turrets are not mobile and you lose your Utility DPS for the next pack. Same goes for a boss/colossus fight where you can keep your turrets up for a bit, but will suffer DPS loss when the boss/colossus runs far from your pulsing turrets leaving you to wait till he is kitted back into it or until the CD is back up leaving you completely useless as a "Utility DMG Dealer", since your Utility is on CD. If you were to build for Range, Duration, Cooldown Building Duration, Cooldown, Range (For pulsing DMG) allows him to keep up to the fast pace gameplay having turrets up at all times when needed on quick clears, boss movement, and colossus moonwalking across the map to avoid your turrets. You are able to maintain sustainable DPS on bosses "IF" you were/are to keep pulsing turrets under them. You'll have your turrets up after each pack and able to utilize his horrible and redundant 4th ability which can keep his turrets enhance X amount of time. For example: I'm able to keep Overhaul up for 47 seconds with a 30 second CD and my turrets have 7.6 sec CD with 23sec Uptime and 15.7 seconds Enhanced duration. Making me useful for all content, even though his turrets lack AOE and Single target DMG compared to other DMG Dealing classes. All in all, he is currently in a bad spot. I would still get him to 40 then shelf him if you want to wait for his rework, whenever that is.

Overall game is great just a little more details and fixes. This game has alot of poteintal. Purple ammo should be more. Hopfully you guys keep up with the seasons and story. New weapons and Avatars. Also lvls.

He sucks. Wait for the rework before getting him. What should have been the division 2 drone with special abilities, is a rinky dink stationary turret that disappears nearly as fast and you spawn it, a poor healing turret that is also stationary, a useless 3rd ability that requires setup to use, and a 4th ability that requires your turret to actually survive long enough for you to activate, otherwise it’s grayed out. Add the fact that the turret only really works in shotgun range, weak and easily destroyed and you have a really bad character. Who in the world though such a stationary play style would be ok for a run and gun shooter that promotes movement and travel?
