Because of you, my wife and I realized what we had and what we could do. We started watching you and your passion for life years ago. There were no Quail here for years and years,we started to manage every part of our little farm and the time for mowing for hay around all the wildlife we have. We now have coveys of 20 to 30 Quail now that fly back and forth to our rancher neighbors property. We have a deer we rescued from being stuck on a fence as a yearling..she comes to see us when we walk back to the back part of our farm. Spring,summer and fall we have our Box Turtle,snake and whatever else we find in the road and stop and move them. Other people are now doing the same and we always get a thumbs up when someone drives by as we move an animal off the road. It’s our respect and love of life, and all the other people that share our love.

@@katynosework There are a lot of people like us out there,never loose hope. When someone does just one compassionate act it gathers its own momentum. Especially when a person you consider real hard nose comes up and tells you they wish more people were like us and they like what you do and are doing. Then you know they are finding compassion themselves,the ultimate gift.

Amazing! My mother is a professor of biology and ecology and I grew up studying all kinds of things in our home. To spend the afternoon with my microscope and cup of pond water to find all the different single and multi celled organisms in it was not unusual. To see the heartbeat of the first cells actually beating is amazing to me. It's something that I previously thought could only be done in a university laboratory. If I could have done this at home, I would have. Thank you so very much for sharing this with us all!

My parakeet laid 7 eggs and seeing the tiniest heartbeats in all the eggs the size of a dime just melted my heart. All baby hatched but only 1 didn't make it. It's an amazing thing to watch growth and see little life through a flashlight

The heart is emotionally impressive... we turn our ears towards it, listen touched .. this moves like a small animal, so cute.. Nevertheless biologically speaking it is relatively simple.. But and this is sad The most complex, most important, and in ICU irreplaceable organ, is s.i.l.e.n.t The liver its high performances ? for us Invisible... Here we are not grateful. Also feeling its pain or stress is difficult. For bad treatment there is no pardon! The s.i.l.e.n.t. D.e.a.t.h. ( Peter Attia said once (a US Chirurg and longevity specialist ) "The kidneys are the smartest organs of our bodies" What a kidney does to maintain homeostasis is unbelievable... From marvel to marvel our organs are incredible.. our lives..

Can I come live with you ?? Haha I would love to rescue animals with you. I save them around my house. I have rescued a few opossums, a baby crow being attacked by blue jays & I brought home a baby sparrow I found walking home from the grocery store. It was the only one alive out of a few. I fed it & let it go in the back of my house. I love animals. You are a sweetheart of a man.
