Yes that was made on unreal engine 4 as a test gameplay. The finished product is made with unreal 5 . Which will look amazing and I hope the just give a big trailer with the first trailer they dropped.

I'm hoping the series doesn't stray away from what made us all fall in love with it in the first place. Going from Kingdom Hearts I to what we have now, it's so drastically different. I've been happy to enjoy to beautiful choas that is the story of KH, but I'm wondering if Nomura has been a little too ambitious in his approach to the series as time has gone on.

There was a time when I shared the same view as you, but nowadays I appreciate Fortnite for what it is. A fever dream, where anything can happen. I think the 2 major things that were actually bugging me back then were: 1. The community mostly made up of 9 year olds, I'd say that has definetely changed. 2. The fact that it was a third person shooter game, but I've gotten used to it. From an objective stand point this game is definetely good, especially when you play it with friends and ey, it's free.

The thing about leakers is, they can lie at any time just to stay in the lime light and people will believe them and then when its proven untrue they get mad at the game and not the leaker. So moral of the story is take ANY leak with a grain of salt and just assume its not likely. Dont get mad at the game because Leaker1234 got your hopes up.

I can imagine the day to day stuff may be a bit similar to what we had in KH2 with Roxas in the beginning. He was doing odd jobs around town and solving the 7 wonders. There may be mini games or small missions like with the cooking mini game in kh3.

@@michaelparker2326 That was BEFORE S-E's finances forced them to commit to a multi-plat strategy. The Cloud versions of KH sold like shit and created enormous backlash for Square. No way they can get away with that a second time. I also think Disney had a lot to do with that decision. They are the types who understand that games take time to make. They are a company that wants their profit and wants it NOW. That is, they weren't willing to give Square the time they need to port the games properly. They wanted the games out TODAY. They also wanted it to coincide with Sora's debut in Smash.

I’m wondering if the small online aspects will actually be more simple, like what they did in BBS with minigames or arena battles (meaning online team-up battles/boss fights, etc). although it would be really cool if they did successfully create a whole online player-tracking system like in Persona, I feel like that might be pushing it for Square considering how they love to stick to the basic & never really branch out in new and big ways with their ideas anymore. for that to be implemented they would have to think way out of the box & I don’t know if it’s even in the cards! I certainly would love to be wowed by them though for the first time in a while, so fingers crossed.🤞

The main problem I have with the Fortnite thing is that it would mess with the lore too much, cause Nomura would have to find a way to say a reason of why Spider-Man or Goku or whoever can randomly wield a Keyblade as a Pickaxe, plus with the whole "any character on the island is stuck in a loop thing" would also mess things up since that would mean Sora is permanently stuck in Fortnite, and one more thing, do you honestly think Nomura would allow Sora to do certain emotes that are very sus?

same on both. online componets from my experience with single player games always feel tacked on like an after thought and nowadays is used to bus in mtx mostly... speaking of mtx that worries me on the fortinite partnership, the audience from fortnite are used to mtx being the norm which worries me less about the humillation aspect and more about the new blood transfusion into the fan pool being more receptive to preditory mtx the execs at square knowing this and kingdom hearts turning into a skinner box once they reach critical mass.

This is actually quite a good idea if they go the route of connecting Kingdom Hearts with other IPs in game besides just disney. Which means we'll have a chance to connect with dream works, warner bros, illumination, nintendo IPs, Maybe even other games crossed over to the game like resident evil, street fighter, halo, metal gear, splinter cell. fortnite, VRChat, the world ends with you, grand theft auto, just to name a few possibilities... I was worried they would stick with disney and square enix properties and then find a cap of characters and stories to make from this alone especially when you wanna expand the ideas of other worlds

OK Here's my opinions about each leak: 1) Quattro cute :D 2) OOOH! I hope this is in part of some kind of minigame where everyone gets to play the minigame and you can see how your scores rack up against other players maybe. The daily life thing could also be cool. 3) Makes sense that the art-style would change, I liked the art style in the trailer but I'm curious on how the game is looking now. 4) YEEEESSSSS as a long time Nintendo fan who's probably going to get the next console, this makes me happy!!! 5) Other platforms??? Right now, I just hope the Steam KH games are stable, considering how Square is known for s---ting on the PC ports of their games. I got KH 1.5 + 2.5 from Epic Games, and it crashed twice for no reason. And my notebook can tank Resident Evil 4 Remake, so I doubt it's an issue with my PC.

I'm honestly taking all of this with a grain of salt. And I don't really want Sora in Fortnite, but if he does get in, that's okay. And on a unrelated note, I actually have a challenge idea for KH2, with it being "Can you beat KH2 using only the skateboard?" Mind you, this will only count for things outside of mini-games, apart from when you need to interact with something to progress, that's fine. You can change up some of the rules if you wish, though.

In regards to Sora in fortnite it's nice and for those who are complaining about Sora using guns News Flash: He has Gun like Keyblade transformations if he can use a Keyblade transformation that is essentially a gun he can use the guns in fortnite

well there's also a difference between a zapper that blasts magic beams and a gun that shoots bullets lmao. that's how Square got away with it..... they didn't shoot bullets. one similar thing happening doesn't automatically mean the other thing is gonna happen ESPECIALLY when you can see a CLEAR difference between the two

@@caifabe8050 I know there is a big difference between magic guns and real guns but the concept is still there Sora has used a form of guns in KH3 and it wouldn't take much for it to translate into using real guns

@@DarkJstrike57 it's all a matter of if Disney's okay with it or not. Sora having used gun-like transformations in KH3 in NO WAY proves that Disney's okay with Sora using guns. Kingdom Hearts fans stop being insufferably stupid challenge (Critical mode) (impossible?)
