This is a wonderful song, with great lyrics, and The Fureys & Davey Arthur sing a fantastic version. The song has a nice melody, and the backing music is top class also. The Fureys & Davey Arthur are a legendary group from Dublin, Ireland. They have recorded numerous excellent albums over the years. This version by the The Fureys is legendary. But it is not their song. It was written by Gallagher and Lyle, a Scottish duo who also recorded it themselves.
