If it did not happen that God so loved the sinners and did not send Jesus, I doubt if there still remains the specie of mankind till this generation. We must always be thankful to God's uncondional love.

I don't identify with any religion although I fully respect their way of worship ....I do believe in the most high God . I do accept the suffering servant Jesus as my lord and my savior. With everything going on in the world , what I have read and been told I truly believe in biblical scripture and the words of this inspiring love of God . The separation of God's love from us is one of my biggest concerns for all of us. Worship the Lord your God with all your heart mind soul and strength. Love one another like have loved you ...love one another . I struggle everyday so your not alone ...I still sin ...but I won't give up not now not ever ...

I enjoyed 40 years as a Mormon . Met wonderful Mormons and have some great memories. This church just wasn't for me . I was never accepted. I had struggles and especially with mental illness and instead of being met with compassion, I was very much judged and condemed . Don't matter which LDS church I went to. It was always like that . Plus I was once upon a Time poor and they didn't like that . It's ok. I've grown closer to God since leaving the church . However, their music is the most beautiful and makes me get emotional. God bless you 😇

Unfortunately, your story kind of reminds me of my ex wife. She struggled with severe mental illness to the point that she lost her faith and divorced me. Then she requested her name be removed from church records.... Then she took her own life. I don't know if that means we are no longer sealed, but I will lament about it for the remainder of my earthly life.... I do hope and pray that at least she will be teachable in the spirit world.

Hearing everyone’s peaceful and firm singing, thousands of hearts beating for God’s strength and light; whirling in the sky to praise God’s rhythm, expressing their own voices and feelings to praise the growth of all things in harmony; seeing the people’s heartfelt singing, The vitality of life is grateful for God's natural nourishment and courage to generate power; the grace and life power attributed to God's credit continue to develop and push history forward!

Anytime I listen to the Prophet,my heart is softened,and also remember the Atonement that Jesus wrought on our behalf. May this festive season be joyous and show love towards one another. May we also reconcile one with another and be forgiving. Wishing all A Happy Christmas and prosperous new year in advance. God richly bless you all.

Sad to think that Mormons singing here believe in a different Jesus to the Jesus of the Bible . They are taught that Jesus was the devil's brother! They believe all Mormons will one day be gods ! May the one and only true God the Father of the only Savior of the world the incomparable Jesus the Christ open their eyes . Many Mormons truly have found the true Jesus , I hope you too have .

Jesus is the humanity of the eternal Spirit Jehovah. Jehovah created all things and then wanted to walk amongst His creation so He created a sperm and an egg in Mary and Jesus was then born. He was neither Jew nor Gentile. If the egg had come from Mary then He would have been part Jew. He came to His own and His own received Him not. He was the promised Faith Seed of Abraham. In Corinthians it talks about a time when the Son will be subject to Him which put all things under Him that God may be all in all. There's not going to be two deities in heaven. But there's one deity and one humanity and God is both. God is deity and Jesus is humanity a lower level of life. Yes Jehovah became a lower life form humanity to perform the role of redeemer.
@davidfriesen95123 жыл бұрын
Isaiah 43:10&11. That you may know and understand and believe that I am He. Before Me there was no god formed neither shall there be after Me. I even I am The Lord and beside me there is no Saviour. There the Bible leaves no room for 3 deities or 2 deities. Hear oh Israel the Lord your God is One Lord.
@davidfriesen95123 жыл бұрын
The deity of Jesus is Jehovah and the humanity of Jehovah is Jesus. I and my Father are One. When I was a boy I had a little car in the sand box. How I wished I could shrink down into that little car and drive it around. That's how God felt. So He condescended. He, while yet remaining in His divine form to control the universe, was born into the human race to become our saviour. People have interpreted the scriptures to make more than one deity. Re-read the scriptures that you think suggests that there are more than one deity and bear this in mind that Jesus was predestinated. God foresaw Jesus and that's why the scriptures say that He was the Lamb slain from the foundation of the earth. Ephesians speaks of us as predestinated. Look at God's question to Job. Where were you when the morning stars sang together and the sons of God shouted for joy? He (the sons of God) were in the mind of God predestinated to rejoice in victory

The first Noel the angels did say Was to certain poor shepards in fields as they lay: In fields where they lay keeping their sheep On a cold winter's night that was so deep Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel Born is the King of Israel! They looked up and saw a star Shining in the east beyond them far And to the earth it gave great light And so it continued both day and night Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel Born is the King of Israel! And by the light of that same star Three Wise men came from country far To seek for a King was their intent And to follow the star wherever it went Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel Born is the King of Israel! This star drew nigh to the northwest O'er Bethlehem it took its rest And there it did both stop and stay Right o'er the place where Jesus lay Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel Born is the King of Israel

I never ceased to be amazed at the talent of Mack Wilberg and the magnificent sound of his arrangements. The V-13 chord on the word "bought" is sublime. Does anyone know why he changed the lyrics in the 3rd verse. The traditional lyrics are "That hath made heaven and earth of naught", but I think they are singing "That He this glorious earth hath wrought". Just wondering.
