Kazakhstan singer Dimash Kanatovich Kudaibergenov was born on May 24, 1994 in Aktobe into a family of vocal performers - Kanat and Svetlana Aitbaev, honored cultural workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Dimash is the oldest of three children in the family.
At the age of five, while studying at a music studio in the class of piano and vocals, Dimash sang for the first time on the stage of a music college. A year later, the little singer became the laureate of the Republican contest “Ainalayyn” in the category “Piano”. From childhood, Dimash felt confident on stage and at the age of ten was already a host at various regional events.At the 2010 Baikonur Voiced Voices International Festival, Dimash Kudaibergenov received the first prize. Two years later, the singer was awarded the Grand Prix of the Republican contest of young performers "Zhas Kanat". In the same year, 2012, Dimash was awarded the diploma of the first prize winner of the International Television Competition for Variety Performers "Oriental Bazaar", and in 2013 - victory at the first international festival of young performers "Makein Asia".
At the end of the College of Music. A. Zhubanova (Aktobe) in 2014, where Dimash studied academic singing, he entered the Kazakh National University of Arts at the Faculty of Variety Arts.
The Grand Prix of the 24th International Pop Song Performers Contest “Slavic Bazaar 2015” in Vitebsk became a major success for the young artist. In addition, Dimash was awarded a cash prize of twenty thousand dollars. Kudaibergenov then sang Konstantin Meladze's song Again Snowstorm.

I saw one of the judge who critized this song also critized when Dimash sang “Don’t blame me” with his new arrangement. She must have felt shame when she watched this and that videos again. Same to other judges who critized Dimash. I am only the normal people, no background in music but when I listened to Dimash’s song that my friend sent me, I felt his talent right away although at that time I didn’t know anything about him yet. These judges must be good at their field, well trained to sit there but why they couldn’t realize his talent? They should not be judges anymore because they may destroy talents of their country.

Judges were much more reasonable than the comments make them seem. When the judge said to “contain your data” she simply meant not to spill all your techniques out at the same time. As a showpiece, definitely do so! But the judge’s thought process is that a little bit more subtlety will make the highs more sweet. Ironically, however, this is probably the most subtle he’s ever sung, haha. And yet his other songs sound more than fine! The judge was giving common sense advice for a regular musician. The problem is they didn’t know that they weren’t dealing with a regular musician. We have the power of hindsight, so it’s not fair for us to judge them for this.

Klara Cihlarova yes they mentioned Vitas repeatedly but it wasn’t a compliment. They were holding up Vitas as the one who can sing both high and low. They were not comparing Dimash to Vitas. At least that is what I got out of it. Still I’m sure he learned things from this so, as we all know, things worked out for Dimash. Lucky for us they did and he continued to perfect his music. Somewhere he said he will continue to study and practice every day. I sometimes think that he can’t really improve on the perfection of his voice and then he comes out with something even more shockingly perfect. Although my favorite will always be the 2017 SOS.

Those were very rude remarks from judges. I bet these judges studied music and trained not as early as Dimash. It seem their minds to explore the beauty of music to relate to people especially the millennials are shut off. They forgot music is a universal language to reach peoples’ mind, heart and soul. In situations like this you can see how Dimash was properly raised by his grandparents and parents by keeping his respect in spite of the criticisms. He looked so different back then, I remember not dressing very stylishly either, the , boy did that change. Yelling at him for putting the mic under his chin and touching his hair when he was 17. We did weird things back then. I am glad he did not become discouraged. Well, he practiced and he sure won enough awards. He had to give some to smaller kids in the US later. That was awkward. He just listened to their stupid criticisms used them to get better, even though they are so wrong. Where is Vitash now?? squeaky?? uh he was only 17 of course he was going sing a pop type song. Young Bruce Lee had shorter hair, but I get it. he quit the World's Best to give 2 kids a chance to compete. Rupaul was kind of mad. They said they had that competition for him. I would run away too. James Corden was very cute.

We literally had a whole ass lecture about constructive criticism. It means you have criticism should be beneficial and very respectful to the person. Literally it should be something that help the person and not to demotivate or disrespect. But they were literally disrespecting him, making fun of him. They call themselves judges wtf. Dimash took it very maturely though.
