Pam, Fun, but very insightful na upload. Just like life, there are so many variables in cycling that you have zero control. If you are wise, you focus your energy on the things that you have control. The only variable that you have absolute control is yourself. Two lessons learn from this experience. Preparation You said it perfectly, if you are not prepared then the mental confidence and safety awareness suffers. Second lesson, the openness to learn from your mistakes, digest it, then move on and keep pedalling. Just like life, the joy of cycling is full of ups and downs, the secret is being prepared, learning from your setbacks, and just keep pushing that pedal and enjoying every moment of the experience. Ingat lagi.
