Not that..like redemption but I think we should need to wish that sending this MAN forcefully to another dimension instead of slay him by a sword like in original game.

@@warisha_san.4647 He won in the original game, at least in the long run. They destroyed his body, but his soul and Jenova's remaining cells were eating the planet from within little by little. Advent Children didn't undo this either.

Pretty terrible that he had to learn a lesson on compassion AFTER he killed kids and elderly people, but technically he is a child himself and probably believes all kids have the same level of military upbringing as him. Thanks for your hardwork in compiling this by the way!

It actually hit harder when you think about him in Crisis Core and then this. In Crisis Core he was sarcastic at worst, but he genuinely cared about his fellow SOLDIERs until he learned how he came to be, and even his iconic flame scene has him donning what looks more like a scowl instead of a psychotic grin (what they gave him whenever CLOUD remembers him), meanwhile in First Soldier he never wanted to be a hero or anything, he wanted a normal life and to find his mother. He gets put in a situation after another... And F- Hojo.

That seems to be the sad truth. It looks like his arm is hurt in that scene, so maybe one of them landed a lucky blow and he almost certainly saw it as confirmation that they were indeed trained soldiers.

I really love playing as Young Sephiroth even Adult Sephiroth story only. Sometimes I wish they would make iOS into ps4 or tv series or film like ff7AC. Again, I know they aren’t developed into ps4 game. anymore. I’m looking forward to watch young Sephiroth’s story. Also I’m looking forward for Glenn, Lucia and Matt what the future has in store for them after ten years. Moreover,what becomes of their fates. I’m excited for Angeal’s new looks from next episode 2. Let’s not Genesis. Besides, I’m wondering why Sephiroth tried to call him as if he was desperate to see if he’s in trouble or something before he was encountered by Glenn.

Glenn is still around even for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. This time, Glenn is Sephiroth's puppet who would keep making his appearance on Rufus. Rufus would call Glenn the cheap imitation of Sephiroth due to him having the ability to shape shift into Sephiroth. So it is clear Glenn was also one of Hojo's experiment. . Glenn is still considered a black hooded guy in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. So even if Rufus did shoot Glenn in the back, Glenn is still around with Cloud joining Avalanche. Not sure about Lucia and Matt but Glenn definitely lived long enough to still be in Final Fantasy Vii Rebirth.

@@aremattpharr403That's the root of Seph's issues. For some reason Hojo gave him a photo of his real mother, Lucrecia, but lied and said her name was Jenova. And for some reason, no one ever told him the truth until he did find Jenova's remains and thought she was indeed his mother that humans had killed (he also believed her to be a Cetra).

I hate how they waste these awesome stories on mobile crap. This and Kingdom Hearts could of had if anything at least awesome dlc, but no lets have it in mobile games.

It is unfortunate... But don't blame Square Enix. Blame Japan's market trend. I hear the mobile game market is more popular in Japan than console. Square Enix is just doing what they think is more profitable for them.

Thank you so much for posting this! I just recently finished Rebirth and I’d known a little about Ever Crisis beforehand and that it had a story involving Sephiroth. That alone interested me but I honestly didn’t really want to play the game so I looked to see if there was any story stuff online and came across this. Just finished watching all of it and wow I’m so invested into it now. And the way you edited it to be all seamlessly story just made it that much better to experience! It’s all so intriguing and I can’t wait to see how it develops, I’m sure I’ll be back here by the time Episode 2 drops, thanks again! 😄

Sephiroth became an anti hero after investigating Cloud's hometown and after he learns about Jenova. This young Sephiroth saved the Shinra soldier's life in a battlefield. This is how Cloud would hear about him due to the newspaper press in Shinra uniform taking pictures of him. All these cameras putting Sephiroth on the spotlight is how Cloud got inspired to want to join soldier.

its the difficulty spikes for me tbh. FF7 chapter 6 worm boss and the FS chapter 6 & 7 final bosses are very annoying

@@FazFaz I'm having incredibly difficulty with it myself. I'm hoping by the end of the month they raise the level cap to at least 75... they really should raise it to 80 at least allow all the exp to go towards the next level.

Man, this explains why Zack wasnt mention in the papers when they got the same field mission at forth tabin since Sephiroth did have the hero moment with the press soldier and other soldiers. (Could be remembering Crisis Core wrong at this point lol, havent played in a while)

I’ve suspected this for a while. I don’t know if it’s THE Sephiroth we’re seeing now, but I would love to see a final battle unfold against a fully reformed Jenova involving Cloud, AU Zack, and and even further back AU version of Sephiroth. I don’t think Sephiroth is being controlled by Jenova, but I do think the version of him we have now is a twisted mixture of Sephiroth’s anguish combined with Jenova. I think younger Sephiroth would be more reasonable and wouldn’t fall to the same insanity. Like… the adult Sephiroth drove himself insane by staying up for who knows how many nights reading and reading. He probably wasn’t all there when he fell into the Lifestream and probably merged with Jenova’s head. But a sane Young Sephiroth being told the REAL truth? That he is a human born from two humans and merely been given Jenova’s cells? Or even the version of adult Sephiroth we see at the end here- I think they would understand and probably want to fight to kill the current evil version of themselves.

2:33:02. Octaslash? Why didn't Sephiroth ever used Octaslash on Cloud? It is clear Sephiroth can use Octaslash when he was young. So let me get this straight. Young Sephiroth uses Octaslash and Cloud uses Omnislash.

Thanks for making this! Played the game for a bit and the difficulty spikes in it are abysmal. Wish they would port this to console, leaving all these story to a mobile game sucks. Get why they are doing it, due to japans mobile market but I would gladly pay 50$ for an unlocked version.
