My children’s’ father is the narcissist. I left 15 years ago. We had 2 weddings and a baby shower this summer and I had to face him or miss out. He is worse than ever and my children are grown so I cant protect them. I wish it would end but with kids he always has a way to traumatize me.

What do children do to cope if they're still living with the narcissist parent? Any tips for them on how to cope until they are 18 and can leave?

Just discovered you and you are very articulate! Nobody addresses the healing and recovery much as they make more money on keeping people in the narcissist negative hell instead! I will check out your videos. Hope you can discuss the recovery specifically the stuck stage where we become afraid to go socialize after we learn we had childhood trauma that caused the whole attraction to these monsters! We lose confidence in ourselves and feel broken and can’t go out to socialize anymore! That’s where I am! Need help!

And what if it's your mother and even though you've been strong enough to go no contact, the guilt never leaves.

Please remember this: Your mother gave birth to you, but she does not own you. You are your own person, and you deserve to be treated with love, kindness, and respect. ANYONE who can not do that doesn't deserve your presence. ❤

I had to cut out my narcissist mom years ago. I had to keep reminding myself that her version of love wasn't real and it was a twisted and warped version of it that hurt me constantly. You don't owe your parents a damned thing, because you never asked to be put into this world. It's not your responsibility to take care of them, ESPECIALLY if all they've done is emotionally neglect you and cause psychological harm to you that will never go away. The guilt WILL go away eventually, but you have to own your reality and remind yourself of why you decided to cut contact.

I %100 AGREE!! I had a narcissistic friend and the moment I stopped being friends with her, I felt…relieved. Like I was free. Sure the first 2 days were rough but that 3rd day was absolutely amazing. PLEASE TO ANYONE WHO IS GOING THROUGH THIS DROP THEM. It’s hard but giving them attention is what they want

Just be indifferent.. be formal in your talks.. don’t share your happiness or your problems just yes no and it’s done..make a wall around you that they cant cross..also keep your responses delayed..don’t react for a day..if she speaks to you nicely wait..they will show true colors don’t fall into trap..dont be happy and don’t be sad by their behaviour..tell yourself they don’t exist in my world

My partner Ghosted me while I was at hunting camp. I had a friend who was homeless. She stayed in a camper on our property. When I came home from camp. (GHOSTED) They were gone. I got some lame excuse that he wanted to go to his home state (KY) and she wanted to go to hers (PA). He was just dropping her off and would continue his drive. Of course that was all a lie. After I knew the truth. He played a Hostage/ kidnapping situation out. He came back. He offered all kinds of excuses. I then told him to offer me his phone let me go through it he strongly refused and made a fuss out of it. Then my suspicion grew stronger. I tried to talk to him about it. He threw a childish tantrum. It was like he was about to go into convolutions. So I dropped it. Someone here recommended me to a cyber investigator and I told him what occurred, he then asked for just his number and email and behold all his chat, emails where brought out to the open, I was able to see his chat through my own phone, the hacker called that spying, yeah. After that I showed it to his face he was shocked and couldn't believe it. He started apologizing but it was to late then. I just took my things and left. if you're in similar situation and you want to know if your spouse is cheating on you... I strongly recommend robertwilliamscybernet on Instagram @ instagram.com/robert_williams_cybernet?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==
