I would agree wider tires and a square setup. And preferably a lighter rim. I went with Steeda Trident 19x10s front and back. Shaved off quite a bit of unsprung weight. Back tire/rim I shaved off 14 lb each side and the fronts I shaved off right about 12 lb. Compared to the stock PP1 rims and tires.

One of the biggest questions I see is amount GT500 owners wanting to know if the Steeda sway bars are better than the stock 2020 and up GT500 sway bars.

The first step to better handling is wider tires, not springs or sway bars. Get your wider tires / rims first then move to suspension components.

Have you tested the voltage of the battery and jump pack? Is the jump pack fully charged? They need plenty of power to crank those big V8s.

I will be using my base GT primarily for autocross with a 275 square setup on stock springs. Would it be more beneficial to just do the front sway bar to compliment the extra front end grip or just do both front and back

With the Mustang being rear wheel drive, if you had to just pick one, go with the rear. If you just add the front bar, you are just going to be throwing the rear end out at each turn. If you're going to be running stock springs, we recommend our 1" Rear Sway Bar. Our Competition bar is meant to be used with the Dual Rate Springs.

I have a question im very interested in the compatention sway bar i daily must 2015 gt but i also like to road vourse track my car a couple time a year EXTREMLY HARD but i want to know which bar would be best for dailying and tracking as well if they can work eith non steeda coilovers as the car was already lowered on what i belive are sr performance coilovers when i bought it

Hi Chris, my 19 gt current set-up has Steeda progressive springs, pro active struts, steeda bump stops, stop the hop kit, k member brace. Only thing left is the sway bars. Which bar do you recommend as I use my car as a daily driver and want to keep the same drive quality I have. I do drag race a bit so I was leaning towards the drag race sway bar but was sure how it would handle. Also which front sway bar do you think I should go with when I decide to upgrade?

With that suspension setup we would recommend the 1" Street Rear Sway Bar which you can keep in the middle setting for street driving, and bump up the stiffness if you're headed to the dragstrip. For the front we recommend our 1 3/8" Front Sway Bar for pretty much everything outside of hardcore road racing. Hope this helps!

But I'm interested in the Ford performance power pack 2 I believe it called. Comes with cold air intake, throttle body, spacer and pro cal tune. I'm trying to keep my warranty but this 10 speeds harsh shifts driving me crazy. I know the Ford tune included in this kit fixes the issues with remapping the shift schedule. Do you know if this kit will void my extended warranty.

Just buy a Performance Pack with MagneRide Dampeners, I had bought the 2022 Roush Mustang, and on Normal Settings mind you never mind me forgetting to go to Sport+ or Track... No Matter How hard I attacked a corner it never Leaned, and or Dipped under Hard Braking. 👨🏻🤘🏻🏎️🏁🚩🌲⛰️🧗🏻 Note: On S550 in December 2022 I viewed Steve Saleen say all his products. Start as a BASE Mustang GT, and I investigated to see if Shelby American did the Same thing and they do too.. Unless, you take your Mach1 Handling Pack or a GT500 they Like Hennesy Up-tune what you already have. Roush Performance Starts with the Mach1 Handling Pack, removes the Mach1 Badges and the Decal & Up-tune it. I Know this because in August I Bought the only White V8 Mustang with the 3rd Pedal 6 Speed Manual Transmission. I bought the 2022 Roush Mustang with the Rev-Match Tremec 6 Speed, MagneRide Suspension< & intercooled Torsen Limited Slip Rear Differential, the same one as the GT500. 👨🏻🤘🏻🏎️🏁🚩🌲⛰️🧗🏻 i would rather buy it this way, because I got from Ford Warranty 8 years 100,000 miles.
