I clicked on this video thinking it would be Map Control/Space as a (mainly) league player. But I think this coincides with information, if you have certain parts of the map under control you eliminate places where enemies could be formulating a better gameplan for Valorant, CSGO, League etc

I think it is important to point out they may not understand what the important information is, for an example in the case of Overwatch. Lower ranked players may understand that ultimate's are important. However, they might not make the connection yet that when ultimate's are used you get an audio queue.

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaan SC and SCII are my beloved games ever!!!! When I used to play (8 years ago) I was top Diamond (at that time tiers did not exist, but I was D1 with tier introduction, and I was playing vs masters)... My first competitive experience ever, and I am so proud of it :D Now I only play OW2. It is super funny because I was very good at gathering and processing info with good multitasking and mechanics in SCII (that's why I climbed up!). Now I try to do something similar in OW2 but it is harder for me. I think sometimes my bad mechanics drain my brain capacity and I forget about processing info or even gathering. I always try to check team positioning, and timing and take short off angles (I am a Tracer main) but man, it's like the movement and aim to consume 70% of my capacity. Ahh, what a good time... a 1v1 competitive experience, nobody carrying you or throwing, no teammates. Just you and your performance, your mistakes, or great plays :´) That's what I miss, even if SCII was sweatier and more stressful than OW2. 1v1 matchmaking is very tight and painful but super satisfying when you win. Meanwhile, I can't get out of Gold in OW2 this season lol. Cool video! I was thinking about this "general theory" in comp games recently. I am curious about the next chapters!

as a high rank brawl stars player i tried league, thought 80% of the skills is transferrable and after 10 months, im in bronze in league lol
@p1ayM0NKEYАй бұрын
Brawl stars is just inferior in so many ways that even if skills are transferable, their “ceiling” is just different. Transfering 80% water from a 100 ml container to a 1000 ml container’s never gona be 80%
@marchrushart6594Ай бұрын
Most high rank brawl star players are not even that much better than "mid to low" ranked players, the game has a low skill ceiling. LoL on the other hand has tons of strategy, concepts, technique, etc which takes a lot of skill to master and makes it have a high skill ceiling. A good LoL player compared to someone that is "mid to low" ranked is hugely different
@leiuwu3965Ай бұрын
@@marchrushart6594 I thought league is just clicking things on a screen, dodge and hit skill shots. No one told me about laning, cs, itemization, memoring how to play 50 matchups, tempo, rotating, warding/vision, and more. I did say my in game rank is bronze but I have beaten my silver-plat friends in a laning 1v1 and i do consistently win/even in laning in my games. But I am probably in bronze for other reasons, still a long way to go
