He’s bang on. Struggling with mental health and on Twitter then delete the app, get past the FOMO (fear of missing out) and I’d be surprised if you don’t feel better. Then it’s a decision of do you go back or think “is it worth it”. Facebook isn’t as tribal I’ve found

Living in Middlesex .... ??? But seriously it must be horrible to have a high profile on social media and have that sort of abuse from thousands every week. I've had a couple of bits of abuse over the years and replied in kind, which was bad enough. The people who do this don't understand or don't care about the impact
