It is by the way: in 2024 the first new Alstom TW20 trams started replacing the TFS trams.

Those trams are pretty big. Do they share tracks with heavy rail somewhere?

They were one of the first mostly-low-floor designs available, and used in several French cities which built light rail/trams in the late 80s and early 90s. However, another route in Paris (T2) used these trams on a former heavy rail alignment, although they never ran together with trains there... These are more similar to contemporary German light rail ("Stadtbahn") cars, like the "B-Wagen" or the "DT8" (except they are less wide)

T1 has its own alignment, but T4 and T11 are tram trains and run on SNCF tracks.
