I'm pretty disappointed with my rack purchase experience so far. I bought a Bravo rack for my 2021 RAV4 with a pano roof, based on UpTop advertising this rack as working with the panoramic sunroof. Unfortunately, it absolutely doesn't work with the sunroof -- at least if you want it to open. Any attempt to open the roof hits the crossbars. All it would have taken is measuring twice, cutting once before sending these out in production. Worse, when they sent me the kit, the instructions were wrong, as were the references to included parts. Found that out in the middle of an install.

Do you guys have roof rails still filling the Rav4's channels? I asked uptop overland about the rack, and they said their rack installs like a prinsu, so what's the deal with your Rav4 appearing to still have the OEM rails on it underneath??

For every modular roof rack that requires you to remove the OEM rails, you'll always have to bring down the headliner. That's Toyota's fault, not anyone else's, as it's OEM bolts that you gotta remove behind the headliner.

I’m running 245/75/16 bfg ko2s with a 0 offset and 2 inch lift, very minimal rubbing when at full lock

They are running a 245/65/17 with a +28 offset no lift. I wanted to keep 17 inch wheels

what tire size are those? Are you planning on doing a lift?? I wish the rav4 came in a 3.0 engine option.... Man the size of the vehicle is great, but i want more power. So maybe the prime will be my next rav4...

I have the exact same set up. How did you cover the drip rails after rack install? Also where did you run the wire to get from engine compartment to the inside? Any ideas why my harness fuse blows every time I turn on the light bar?

We chopped the rail and stuck it back on. There are a lot of rubber grommets to enter the inside so we picked one. Something is wired wrong
