5 answers: 1. The rule of that time. They defeated the Turkish Empire and rule as the winners. Like as the Turks did it in the 16th century and the Arabs in the 7th. By sword - exactly as you the Arabs got all your huge lands. 2. The United Nations is the first organization listening to Arabs. Before that the Arab voice didn't matter at all. So, 0.2% of the whole Middle East was taken from your greedy hands and given to the Jews. Btw, not the Jews alone - 1.8 million Arabs (citizens of Israel), 150 thousand Druze and a lot of Christians live in Israel. But for these 0.2% of the Middle East you are ready to shed blood for hundreds of years. Maybe because you have nothing productive to do. 3. The guy is lying. Israel was established in May 1948, not in August. And it is not a mistake - he knows that on the very day of its establishment Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon, supported by the local Arab, Invaded Israel in order to wipe it out. And there was a war of one year, ended with the Israeli victory. 4. In 1967 Egypt, Syria, Jordan and the Soviet Union officially proclaimed they are going to erase Israel. They invested huge funds, built huge armies, but lost in the battlefield. AND YOUR GUY LIES ONCE AGAIN. There was no “independence” in the West Bank. It was a part of Jordan. And Gaza was a part of Egypt. And none of them created “the Palestinian state” between 1948 and 1967, since they knew it is absurd. 5. The living conditions of the Palestinians deteriorated under the Palestinian Authority and Hamas. Both of them got billions of dollars donations in cash and investments - most of these was either stolen by the corrupt leaders or invested in the war against Israel. And these wars further destroy the Palestinian lives.

What gave the UN the right to give the majority (55%) of the land of Palestine to a group of Europeans when they only owned 7% of the land? 3. What gave the newly found state of Israel the right to immediately force the expulsion of the people of Palestine? (1st Nakba) 4. What gave the Zionist state the right to take even more land in 1967? (2nd Nakba) 5. By what moral right does Israel have to treat the remaining Palestinians with the restrictions it does? (Israeli Apartheid)

Thankfully, possession is 9/10ths of the law, and not a single migrant from predominantly Eastern Europe could establish any claim to any tract or parcel of land in the then British Mandate of Palestine. Ownership rights cannot be established through a tenuous collective and 3000+ years is way beyond any reasonable statute of limitation. Lastly, it was, as you say, the Roman's who dispossessed the lands from the alleged original inhabitants so the blame lies with them, not those who homesteaded, cultivated, and lived on the land subsequent to that. The bottom line is that the ancestral claim is nonsense and necessitates some sort of unadulterated sample of original DNA that people would have to be tested against. Odds are, the Palestinians will have more in common genetically with those people than with mainly European Jews (not to mention the countless converts who have no genetic or ancestral linkage to such a group).

You need to take into account that in 1922 the census taken at the time showed less than 1 million people in the region mostly gathered in and around the 3 major cities which were the economic hubs with little farming. By your logic the people who are there today have the land claim rights so whichever way you look at it land claim rights don't solve the problem. This is not a simple problem to resolve if you think you can solve it with a simple answer then you should present it to the world, land claim is only one aspect of the situation today the whole situation is complex and there are too many conflicting starting points that been do be reconciled. If you know how to do that you will be the most famous peace maker in all of history,

@dennisash7221 You're right. Possession is 9/10ths of the law, so in the case of the Palestinian individuals there who owned the land, I guess they have 10/10ths of the law on their side. Fundamental respect for the inalienable right to own property and exert rights over it *is* the issue. Even the Jewish National Fund attempted to purchase as much land as they could leading up to the dissolution of the British Mandate and that is a perfectly reasonable, just, and valid way to acquire land. Unfortunately for them, they could only obtain 7% of what the UN resolution just gave to them by fiat so the solution is pretty simple, actually. The political Zionists won the day and saw an opportunity to expedite their land holdings (or acquire more of it via force) that's what the Nakba ended up being. As for solutions, here is one: Mandate the perfectly just and reasonable actual right of return of the Palestinian people and establish one state under monitor of a 3rd party to ensure fair representation of the newly integrated Palestinian population into the single state and allow them to "fight" it out at the ballot box and the forming of parties in a new legislative body of said single state. This solution, of course, is completely untenable given the fundamental premise of the Israeli state, which is an exclusionary state that uses state power to ensure a Jewish majority so it may not be what Israel wants, but it's what must be. Absent this, then just as the state came into existence (violence) will be the way it goes, I suppose...

People in general should unite, not just Muslims. Palestine included non Muslims too, Alhamdulillah most Muslims automatically are covering for them non Muslim Palestinians too
