Hi. Is this a good resort for the kids? Are there vegetarian options? Hiw is the beach?

Hi there, the resort does have vegetarian options but I don’t remember if there were a lot. The beach was nice but it depends on the day. The red flag was out a lot during my stay. There are kid pools and an activities for them.

This is definitely a great place to stay. Not a lot of night life though.❤️❤️

I loved it, but you are right, not much nightlife nearby, you have to go closer into Playa Del Carmen

DO NOT STAY AT THE FIVES!!! We just returned on January 24, 2023 and the first three days at the resort was HELL. First we had arranged a pick up service with the Fives and upon arrival there was nobody to greet us or transport my elderly parents. We had to get a ride with another family that was thankfully going to the same area. Secondly our room in Villa 7 room 721 was horrible, first the ac was never turned on for our arrival, the room was not clean, food on the front of the cabinets, food on the rails outside, our toilet was clogged, my parents had NO hot water for 3 DAYS!!! Room service food was cold. Ants in the rooms and tubs, showers had soap scum and the fixtures were old and rusty. On the third day the finally moved us to Villa 19 and promised to compensate us for the three days...... they did.... $300 dollars. The folks that work there are great but the hotel is old and not worth the $5000 dollars we spent. LOOK ELSWHERE!! I think most these videos on the Fives are sponsored and not accurate.
