Howard, you are an excellent teacher at guitar. You make everything easy to understand and showing the chords on the screen are very helpful and don't rush through the lesson. Thank you so much for sharing this tune.

Great lesson. A nice embellishment is to add the open “b” string to the upstrokes on the A-sus2 opening riff…as Robin Z. played a 12-string often. Awesome to hear you say, “make it your own”…..a very important aspect of covers is variations /personal touches, which other instructors/players often forget. Each one-teach one…..hope you like this small addition.

I am a deaf 61 year old man learning guitar for the first time and want this song to be my first. Have a $200 Squire Stratocaster and Mustang LT25 amp and was wondering if the Sonicake pedal would give me the same tone? Also, have not researched all the tones available for the amp yet, so I am trying to find the cheapest way to get that tone, can anyone help. Beautiful rendition of the song btw, thank you.
@247GuitarwithHowardHart Жыл бұрын
Hi - You want to use a clean tone, with a bit of Chorusing. I used a Joyo Chorus Pedal for the tutorial.

With my Fender Mustang LT25 I am able to select components to recreate the any sounds. Problem is I don’t know which components to choose. Hopefully somebody out there can help me with this amp?

Hi Howard, two quick questions, what model Tele is that? I love the pickguard. What are your thoughts on guitars with P90 pickups? Thank you.
@247GuitarwithHowardHart2 жыл бұрын
I love the P90s... they just have a certain sound. The Tele in the video is actually a cheapy - But I've fixed it up for fun. I found the pickguard on Amazon for $10 :-) The blonde Tele is a Fender American Standard

@@247GuitarwithHowardHart Cool I love the Sound of the "Cheapy" guitar. Is that a squire? Still using the orange amp? Sorry for the many questions.
