I loved building this retro style desert motel. I
Creating the Roadtrip preset inspired me to build something in the desert again and use lots of blue lol. The rooms are all pretty generic, as it is with most motels, but i tried to give them a little life (and themes) with the retro wallpapers. Your sims can live here, and rent out some rooms. Theres a Community laundry room/ laundromat, gym/recreation center, and an awesome pool with a grill for cookouts!
