I honestly believe that Flash can defeat Superman (i know he can't beat him but you don't need to beat your enemies to defeat them) Barry can send him into the speedforce where he will be trap forever just like Jay Garrick and Wally West did with Superboy Prime (of course he scaped latter but he was more powerfull than Superman) and Barry is always holding back because he is capable of manipulating time to go faster just like Reverse Flash in Reunion (which is a cannon history)
