Whoever is running or editing Flav's channel needs to really take notes from other podcasts in terms of maximizing his earning potential. Don't just post the interviews in their entirety. Post snippets/subject matter and then post the full interview. Someone literally took a snippet from his interview with DJ Paul and got double the amount views than his original video did.
