I remember this airing on a Thursday night back in 1988 at 8 pm on ABC. I terribly miss cartoons from the 1980s and even the 90s with a PSA at the end. Back then, we had programs that steered kids away from crime and told them to stay away from drugs. Today, it's a complete 360 in the wrong direction.
