I've always done shorter, more subtle levitations because for me, the way these objects shudder in the air doesn't look like real magic. I'd go as far as to say it gives it away. It's just always been a problem for me. I think the best way to use "it" is either making objects move (like Chill or Ring Slide) or very fast, short levitations like a bill shooting up from one hand to the other. That all looks great but to me, this ring levitation looks bad. Nothing to do with Craig as a performer. Craig's brilliant. It's just how the ring behaves doesn't look right imo.

I know this is late. Why do you use gravity over something like a spider pen or even a large thread boss? Advantages you notice?
