This "Real Footage" is from Animal Planet's Mockumentary "The Cannibal in the Jungle". A Mockumentary is essentially a 'what if?' idea made in the style of an actual documentary. Like that "Mermaids: The Body Found" one they did a while back." It's scenes from the movie slowed down and purposefully made to look blurred and grainy. Sorry to get yer hopes up, but this isn't real footage of a now extinct member of the Homo genus. We Homo Sapiens are the only members left.

I truly believe about it, my father said to me that during 60s 70s in Sulawesi he saw those hobbits and interacted with them. Those creatures oftently came to human area....many villagers at that time were aware of them....i heard this story since i was a child and fascinated by it, now that im older i did small research myself and dig in my father's story and it is consistent and make sense to me...... roger surez Flores man is real... but this video I'm not sure..I had a Flores friend from Indonesia before , working at a construction site in my country .he is a very good worker and even thought me to drive a truck.. he's a nice person .and he looks very different from the other Indonesians he is really short and the only one who looks​ very weird..and he told me That all of his family members and relatives is just like him..he even showed me pictures of them they all looked the same. I've also seen and meet aboriginals who lives in the jungle but this Flores is different from the aboriginals.. it's like a completely different type of species that looks like humans..my Flores friend also said that he is one of the last generation of the Flores people

The video was recorded back in the seventies, I forgot the name of the person who recorded but quite a bit remember his story. He and two other men went to the Flores Island in research of native birds in the area, after several days being lost he wast found telling a story of small creatures that killed both of his friends. He went to prison acused of murder and cannibalism and nobody believed his story. They found the tapes but were forgotten until recently. I'm not sure if he stills alive, but he's got quite a story back there.

They got everything right. I was so impressed! Just the physical appearance, from the descriptions, this is what the creature may look like. Combined various loosely connected accounts, the orang pendek is known to have reddish-brown or black hair with a sheen. The hair on the head falls to be shoulder. Some, if I remember correctly, described the hair as straight. The face is humanoid particularly the nose but the skull is not human. It's so wide and round. The creature resembles a siamang more and Debbie Martyr described it as looking as a siamang on steroids! In spite of its short height, the physique makes it look proportionate and taller. It's a strong animal. It can't be related to an orang utan. The reason why it resembles a siamang is because siamangs tend to have a human-like physique when comparing the proportions of chest and waist.
