I like the series but I have to criticize the writing slightly. I have worked as a dispatcher before and the "Does this sound like a prank call to you" is pretty bad. No dispatcher would ever assume an officer down call is a prank. All calls are presumed legit

This is my one complaint with watching Mat react to anything. He regularly misses the forest for the trees. - Man, the police must really hate scrappers if they got here that fast! - Completely ignores the fact an officer was potentially killed and the assailants are armed with machine pistols. - The fact malls are big buildings so of course they would take up a large part of your field of view.

Wasn't Sam here before? In the episodes where the lighting was off and Ash couldn't make it? I think they're just training him properly since those episodes apparently caused a lot of anxiety due to Sam being unfamiliar with the way Ash sets things up, and July being around the corner and that being a pretty busy month for Ash and Mat where they're gonna be out of sync for a while.

I just think they're teaching him the ropes since next month will be pretty busy for both Mat and Ash, so they won't be in the same room very frequently. Ash got pretty peeved about how he handled things last time they had to leave lol it was funny. They talked about how the lighting was all off, and how he kept talking to her like "I pressed a button and everything broke send help" or something like that. Hopefully July will be a less stressful experience for everyone. (It freaking has to, we have Security Breach: Ruin to get through)

I was worried about that but I imagine based on how Ash's schedule seems to have been quite busy it's just a case of building resilience within the team. We do it all the time where you make sure at least 2 members of the team are trained on every process, to try ensure there's no chance of an issue when one goes off on holiday.

I just started reading the FNAF books because of pure curiosity, and random forest mall reminds me of Silver Eyes. The FNAF 1 location was built around. A mall was built around the building but was never finished because it never took off. "Bad vibes" or something like that. It was also kinda pushed back into the woods, a bit out of sight. Like, the people in the book had to look to find it and they weren't even sure if it was the right thing.

Two things here: 1) "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" was great. 2) "Persuasion" is a fantastic story, it might just be my favorite of the bunch, and is certainly FAR from the bottom of the barrel- though I am also quite partial to "Sense and Sensibility". I do like "Pride and Prejudice" generally, though as far as adaptations are concerned only Jennifer Ehle and Colin Firth will do.

I had a feeling this way an older recording by Mats hairstyle and I was correct. The desktop date says 3/27/23 so around the time that Tom and John were there. I guess MatPat records way in advance! I wonder how it feels just talking to the camera while recording and not having anyone else besides Ash there. No live chat, no Steph, very different for sure. I think there’s already been another upload from this person by now. Not 100% sure but I think I saw one a bit ago. Curious why Henry Emily would be looting in an old abandoned mall for stuff. Strange series for sure.
