My husband and I were there the same week you were and we didn't have nearly enough time to eat everything at the festival of the arts. We've decided it's our favorite Disney festival East or West Coast and we will definitely be going back next year. Best dishes were the ones from the German booth, the American booth, including the wonderfully decadent sipping chocolate.

My first visit to Epcot was during FARTS in 2019 and I drank through world showplace!!!! I was mistaken, apparently in white chocolate there is cocoa butter (just no cocoa solids). I used to work at a chocolate store and was told it was just sugar and milk but guess I was wrong. 😅 sorry

White chocolate is made with cocoa butter, which is the fat from the cocoa bean. Regular chocolate (cocoa powder) also contains the ground "nib" of the bean. So white contains cocoa fats, but no solids, and regular chocolate typically contains both. :)

Festival of the Arts was fantastic (we bought a print for our loft that is a movie type poster for episode three of The Mandalorian, and spoke with the artist who then signed it for us), and we’ll be back for Flower and Garden this Saturday. Glad to see you enjoyed it as well! Oh....and the chocolate is definitely better with the alcohol....
