Thank you so much for your care. I did get a lot of digestive disorders when i took raw green smoothies😢 I wonder if they should have been steamed first?

Where might I find the follow-up videos for this patient? Also, I'd like to suggest that anonymous patients be given code names such as Patient AAA for the first one, and Patient AAB for the next, etc. That might make it easier for us viewers to keep track of cases we have special interest in.

Great suggestion.

Can you buy this detox on your website?

You can take the Jumpstart class available for free on the website and that will guide you to create a detox of your own. If you are near Houston make an appointment.

Awesome information and thanks for sharing! I’m curious, after the nutritional detox, what diet regimen did the patient have to maintain? Also, was the patient taken off of any additional blood pressure medications?
@MontgomeryHeartWellness Жыл бұрын
The patient continued on a raw diet for a few months past the usual 30-day detox and was transitioned to a plant-based diet with steamed and boiled foods along with the raw. I will have to review this presentation and perhaps the patient's chart to remember the details of the medication weaning.

I went on a raw food detox and my blood pressure remained high; but, we I ate cooked vegetables, it lowered a little. My blood pressure is stubbornly resistant. None of my MDs can’t figure out why it remains high; so, they continue to throw more drugs at me.

This is a great question for our community program. Dr. M appears 2-3 times a month to answer questions like this one. montgomeryheart.com/journey/

I'm 55 and have been dealing with chronic resistance hypertension since my early 20's. What is your take on Hyperaldosteronism! I’ve diagnosed as Primary Aldosteronism! I will getting a CT scan to see if I have adrenal tumors or Bilateral hyperplasia! currently I’m taking eplerenone and 4 other bp meds! Is this a genetic condition that will require life long meds🤦🏾♀️! i see this is often overlooked in functional, conventional and holistic medicine! 🤦🏾♀️Help🙏🏾 Since this is the primary root cause of my Resistance Hypertension why is the mainstream and functional medicine ignoring Primary Aldosteronism!

It depends on the severity of expression of your disease. I have treated a number of patients with primary hyperaldosteronism as well as various forms of adrenal gland dysfunction that leads to severe hypertension. They all have varying degrees of severity. In some cases, aggressive nutritional detox can overcome the condition. Others may require various infusion therapies or ever surgery in some cases. It depends on the individual.
