I never really understood the reason for why Lucas didn't make the Clones and Stormtroopers the same. You can clearly see in Ep 2 and 3 their designs evolve into what is the Stormtrooper armour from the OT, creating an explicit visual link between the troopers. Plus, they serve as the principle military by the end of 3, so why would they be replaced? My only guess is that giving the Empire a planet that mass produces Clones would make them too OP, and that it wouldn't gel well with them having non-Kiwi accents in the OT. Plus, I guess there's also the issue of accelerated aging.

The last fight is an intergenerational jedi padawan/master battle. Yoda was Yan Dooku's master, who taught Qui-Gon Jinn, who taught Obi-Wan Kenobi, who taught Anakin Skywalker! All we're missing is Ahsoka and Qui-Gon (and maybe technically Luke?)!

Actually Storm Troopers and Clone Troopers look alike but Storm Troopers aren’t clones but individuals so not the same thing. The Sith are just Dark Jedi and at one point just as large in numbers and organized as the Jedi. The Sith were originally mentioned in the 1977 film but was cut for time but did get mentioned in books and trading cards back then.

As to your question about "does, Yoda, really need the cane?" the answer is, yes he does, he channels the force while fighting, which allows him to move and be agile, but it is incredibly taxing and cannot be maintained for long. The simplest way to think of it, is like to compare it to people getting a flood of adrenaline and the incredible physical feats they can do, that they couldn't under normal circumstances.

I mean heck, this is a real life thing too. Not just "the force." I used to be a pretty good athlete, and I also have some bad health issues that make my muscles really stiff, but knees pop and crack constantly, and have trouble breathing going up and down stairs. With that said, with a little bit of warm up and if I pace myself, I can get out on a court and look like one of the better players....for about 10 minutes. I have the skills from years of muscle memory and training. Yoda is the same. For a short period you can operate on the the force/adrenaline/willpower. Anyone who's ever dealt with insomnia or worked a week straight knows you can tap into some reserves for a bit to push you're body past what it's comfortable at. Doesn't mean you are capable of it all the time or like you were when you were younger.

Short answer: Dooku replaced the “devil” looking guy from Episode 1. It’s back to only two Sith. The guy with the hood is still the master. (The rule about only two Sith gets a little fuzzy sometimes, but for now that’s all you need to worry about.)

The prequel trilogy to me has always been about the fall of Anakin Skywalker and the rise of the empire. The original trilogy is rise of Luke Skywalker which leads to the redemption of Anakin Skywalker and the fall of the Empire

Precisely. Additionally, I'll add that Anakin is the main protagonist of the saga and Luke serves as the catalyst for his redemption. In theory, Episodes 1-6 are the journey of Anakin while (in Lucas's sequels) Episodes 4-9 are the journey of Luke. The OT is where their paths intersect.

Aside from Anakin's story, I love Palpatine's rise to power in the prequel trilogy. That shot of him watching over the clone army is one of my favourite moments in these films. A foreshadowing of the rise of the Galactic Empire. Can't wait for your reaction to ROTS.

I think it's explained in a few places that death sticks were an addictive psychoactive recreational drug developed from the refinement of Spice, in a similar way other drugs tend to be the byproduct of other more "potent" or "refined" drugs. But in this case most of these related drugs are psychodelics, in contrast to real world synthetic drugs. Also, Jango Fett's priority was to keep secrecy and both: not be discovered as the perpetrator nor to leave a trail leading back to any of the people related to the clone army and separatist army plot. It's obvious that's why his priority was to kill Zan, so she wouldn't spread any information, besides, if he attempted killing them first and then her, it would have been more likely for her to talk and if someone survived or had a communication device his plans would be foiled, besides, Fett was one of the smartest bounty hunters in the Galaxy, he knew his odds against two Jedi were not good.

Aria 9:11 you mentioned ego!! which is good point, so the dark lord is within the senatorial gathering, and he’s used cunning to apply to the Jedi ego, using the means of their nature which is to protect, to entice them into the war!! since this is a violation of the original code, it helps cloud the Jedi perception and allows the dark to manipulate this environment because the protectors of peace and justice are also effectively without knowing (in violation of their own code which is supposed to be sourced by goodness)

Aside from answering questions you have about Star Wars, there’s some really good lore videos about things that didn’t happen in the films and happened in comics or books. Things like what happens if you don’t pay Boba Fett, Vaders suit and how it was designed to control him and keep him in pain, Vader and Tarkin’s rivalry, what would’ve happened if Dooku ruled and they prevented the empire, or if Anakin was turned back to the light etc. You might find them interesting.

The films are meant to come across as a cinema vérité documentary, where the camera acts as more of a fly on the wall rather than an omniscient being. This is why the films show both sides to Palpatine - we see him as the seemingly good natured politician AND the evil sorcerer pulling the strings. We know something the characters don't - there's a level of dramatic irony.

The Sith are a religious order just like the Jedi. However they are believing that their gifts of harnessing the force is something to use to gain power and control over all other life in the Galaxy, instead of trying to maintain peace in the galaxy like the Jedi. Who believe in the force one a more Buddhist approach. That’s the most basic answer I can give you without going on about the hours worth of history and lore I’ve looked up about both cultures in the Star Wars universe. It’s extremely detailed as far as history goes.

There’s lots of different re-telling of stories around all this, and I think that like all great stories there’s truths in there, but also fantasy. One thing you can’t ignore is what a badass Christopher Lee is in real life. Few actors can claim his list of personal achievements.

But then let's also be clear about _this._ Being a _Jedi_ sucks, _too._ Sure, you learn to do a lot of cool things with the Force and your light saber, but suddenly, everything is a path to the _Dark_ Side. You can't experience anger, because it leads to the _Dark_ Side. You can't experience anxiety, because it's a path to the _Dark_ Side. You learn to do a lot of _cool things_ with the Force, but you can't experience any of the emotions that allow you to actually _appreciate_ them.
