Wandering in the corn maze, reminded me when I was the age of your kids and I went pheasant "hunting" in snowy corn fields in November with my dad and our dog, a German Short-Haired Pointer, named Tweed. My dad was never an enthusiastic hunter even though in the '50s in Minnesota it was expected that men should and would want to hunt. Instead, he took us (my sister and me and our mom) pheasant "hunting" with our cameras. He taught us about wildlife conservation under the guise of exploring the corn field mazes, while our dog, Tweed, cavorted happily with a decoy pheasant toy my dad had made for her. Occasionally she would flush out a real pheasant or partridge, and point it, rock steady for a good long 5 or 10 minutes, while my sister and I took a million photos. After such a trip we always stopped at a rural farmer's market stand on the way home to see what they might gave and made a meatless supper of fall produce, typically: corn pudding (my job to make), apple, cranberry and walnut salad (my sister's task), watermelon smoothies (my mom's contribution), and pumpkin pie (courtesy of my dad.)🥰

This was a fun video. That corn maze was absolutely incredibly large. Good they had flags. It look like you went to a production at Raleigh little theater. When I was in high school and college I did a lot of choreography for that theater. Also performed in many shows. I’m glad they restored the amphitheater. Have a good holiday season!
