It glitched for me and is not working. I never had glitches in Sony's games til they started porting them to PC. I had similar issues with Horizon 2 as well. Finally got it after loading an older file.

Thanks for making this vid. Brok glitched somewhere offscreen in my game where I couldn’t see him anymore, although he continued to speak to a point. I had to leave the town to make him reappear, and then walk back in to complete the puzzle.

Oof, and here I thought I was dumb ... Turns out Brók was glitching and didn't use the mechanism when Kratos stepped on the lift. Thankfully it worked after restarting the checkpoint.
