There is another story that needs to be told the murder of George Stinney Jr in the state of South Carolina in the '40s he was a teenager who was electrocuted for the false charge of sexual assault.

I was born in 1976 but for some reason, since I was a kid, the stories of Emmit Till and James Chaney have always haunted me.

How the jury at that time could justify such a ruling, is as sickening as the act and the attitude with which the act was committed. That inability to see through Carolyn Bryant's lies is infuriating. Worse...it STILL happens to this day. Disrespected Emmitt Till even in death.
