Winds is going to be such an amazing book. This storyline is great, but my favorite is the seige of Mereen. So many characters are going to collide in that battle. We have Tyrion, Jorah, Barristan, Victarion, Skahaz, Grey Worm...and all the factions involved! The Ghis legions, the Second Sons, the unsullied, the pit champions, the windblown, and above all the dragons...it's gonna a hell of a battle.

What's so disturbing about this chapter is Falia Flowers. What Euron did to her and her family was so cruel, and yet they are completely helpless to do anything. After she turned on her family, she only had Euron, and now he's turned on her. The absolute power he's held over her from the start.. Euron genuinely feels no shame in doing such things. No remorse, no anything. My god.. He might be the most terrifying villian I've ever seen.

I have a lot to say on this chapter. This was chilling on a whole new level. Euron is going into a battle that, by all accounts, he shouldn't win. But he will. And not only will he win, but he'll win in spectacular fashion. Slicing open Falias belly Euron will spill out the kings blood of his unborn child into the sea summoning krakens from the drowned god. The krakens will shatter his opponents fleet, drag the ships down into the ocean while his own fleet floods into the redwyne straights to finish off what's left, capture any ships and plunder worth capturing and send the rest to meet the drowned god. He'll come out of the battle stronger than ever before and set his sights to Old Town. Having captured his oppoents ships he'll use them to disguise his own forces to invade the harbor, take control of the city gates and set them open to his army. The cunning, the horror and the sheer ruthlessness of it all really is a sight to behold. Its my belief that once twow concludes Euron will have surpassed Tywin Lannister and perhaps even the White Walkers as the number one big bad of Game of Thrones. The fact only a single chapter was able to establish this is an incredible feat of writing. George martin gets alot of hate for taking so long to write things yes, but the man knows his craft and you have to give him credit for how talented he is.

The book's Ramsay will make the show's Ramsay look like a puppy. Whereas the show's Euron looks like a goat even in front of show's Ramsay. However, the book's Euron is the God of cruelty and psychopathy. Even book's Ramsay looks like a roach in front of him. Jaime had a dream where he had two hands and he and Brienne fought the ghosts of Rhaegar and the Kingsguard. Does that mean Zombie Arthur Dayne is going to fight Jaime? Don't be silly. If anything, the more clear cut dreams like Jon's are the ones that are just dreams. The vague and random dreams are ones that have some hidden prophecy. I think it's more likely that Euron will die by drowning with the suit of armour dragging him down. Way more poetic. All of this doesn't change anything from my original comment, which is that Euron would make short work of Jon in the books if they ever crossed paths.

As Dany and Euron have visions of being on throne, maybe its safe to assume that both visions are right. She may as well accept his offer of marriage and they rule together. As for laughing and sadistic part it could be that she goes mad and murderous... she is rather pale, shadow-of-woman and fire-hands could be metaphorical for her being shadow of former self or woman totally deprived of all sanity who deals with anything and anyone with fire so her hands "are fire". I can't remember the man's name, but he was off raiding though lawfully he should have been summoned to the Kingsmoot. He found out, came back, and started the slaughter of the Goodbrothers the captains and kings joined in also. Goodbrother was a vicious tyrant.

Euron is definitely doing something supernatural. My theory is that his goal is to eventually control the Others, and use them to rule the world. Think about it: the Others haven't shown themselves to be much of a threat to Westeros at this point; their leader hasn't even been revealed. What if that's because they don't have a leader? Making their leader an already established villain would solve a lot of the issues about them, IMO.
