Is it just me? or is this song built out of other songs from the whole playlist. The melody is clearly Inbred Basilisk, The bass is from Wire, Sections of Silent scream and the drums have been The Legionary the whole time. This composer is crazy

the falling chorus sound is from the abhorrence as well, and it'd be more accurate to say the sections are from ehiztaria, not silent scream.

Easily my favorite OST in this game. I love the callback to the Inbreed Basilisk. That said, it is a bit of a shame that it's not audible for too long as the combination of Prestissimo + Rambo + Box Mag + Smart Gun + BR6 going RAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH! makes it a pretty short boss fight.

Funny despite me only beating this game like three times so far (one normal run and two challenge runs), i have never ever dies to the Forsaken Heart. I think it's mostly because of Forsaken Heart being a rather simple bullet hell boss compared to the other bosses and i already gotten like OP builds that can plough through other bosses.
