Mytri Loving Kindness , Karuna Compassion, Appreciative Joy Mudita, Infiinite Equanimity Upeksha 1:18 Brahma. Highest Being according to Buddhist and Hindu Tradition. The Divine Brahma Abides in qualities, rather than physical Body. Cultivating these states, making them boundless, limitless and extends beyond ourselves or loved ones. 4:30 Breathe, get comfortable and alert. Accept how you're feeling and any Unfinished business. Take in this moment in its entirety. We'll deal with it at the right time. Bring your attention to the breath. 4 BrahmaViharas one by one. Breathe with them. Feel into them. Until they are just a simple way of being. We'll think it till we feel it, we'll feel it till we are it, we become it 7:09 Mytri Happiness May I be Happy May I be TRULY Happy May I be happy for good reasons, Healthy Reasons, Wholesome Reasons, May I be Happy for NO Reason Sense of Loving friendship and kindness towards oneself. No matter what we've done. No matter what we've left undone, unfinished. Nothing takes away that worthiness. 8:30 Mera Mangal Ho. May I be truly happy May you be Happy May you be happy for good reason, no reason, you deserve to be happy, no matter what you've done or left undone you are worthy of true happiness In case mind gets distracted, COME BACK. Develop Mytri towards this person in your life, from your heart to their heart. May all beings be happy. May all beings truly be happy. Near far, human nonhuman, invisible or visible. Sabka Mangal Ho. May they be happy for good reason, wholesome reason, no reason. The utmost natural happiness available when our mind is not fluctuating Let your wish become INFINITE, BOUNDARILESS. Don't just think these thoughts, begin to FEEL them 12:22 Your WHOLE BEING VIBRATING WITH MYTRI. 13:20 KARUNA - Compassion - The wish that beings be FREE from Suffering. Starting with yourself. We all have our own suffering. Mental, Emotional, illnessess, etc May I be free from suffering, truly free from suffering, completely free from suffering, I deserve to be free from suffering. INFINITE COMPASSION TOWARDS ONESELF, YOURSELF. Its like the soothing balm that you apply on this body and mind. Now expanding this, think of someone in your life who is struggline with certain aspects. (I'm thinking of my best friend). May you be free from suffering. May you TRULY be free from suffering. You deserve to be free from suffering. May you be completely free from suffering. We think it till we feel it, We feel this compassion. Even if it is just a micro moment of compassion. You start somewhere. And then moment after moment. Stream of Compassion, and River of Compassion Flowing from our heart to their heart. And expanding further May all beings be free from suffering Known and unknwon Seen and unseen Large and Small All benig in all directions May all beings be free from suffering Ananta Karuna Infinite Compassion. This is our beautiful wish. Your whole being vibrates with compassion. 19:08 Mudita - Rejoiceing in the happiness of others. Appreciative Joy. Starting with yourself I rejoice in my own good fortune. All the ways in which I'm well taken care of Good health, comforts of living, family and friends, good reputation I am grateful, and I rejoice. Rejoicing in one's own good fortunate. Appreciate joy. Not taking it for granted or dismissing it. Appreciating it. And filled with appreciatve joy for my own good fortune. And this appreciative joy expands. And it becomes INFINITE. INFINITE. 20:55 People are sometimes unfamiliar with rejoicing in one's own happiness and good fortune. (I used to, I lost it, now I'm culitvating again). A lot of people feel guilty about their good fortune. It is a beautiful quality. Appreciative Joy. Now move on to others. Family, Friend, Doing quite well in different ways. I rejoice in your good fortune. May you have EVEN MORE GOOD FORTUNE. Your HAPPINESS is MY Happiness. Mudita is the OPPOSITE OF JEALEOUSY. Feeling THEIR HAPPINESS AS OUR HAPPINESS. I wish you even more good fortune. ABUNDANCE OF ALL KINDS. ABundance of happiness. Abundance of Health Near and far, known, human, visible, large, and opposites All beings I rejoice in your good fortune. May you have EVEN MORE GOOD FORTUNE. ANANTA MUDITA. INFIITE APPREICATIVE JOY. Think it till you feel it, Feel it till you BECOME IT 24:20 LAst, Upeksha, Equanimity (Not indifference) Keeping a Balanced Heart, towards ups and downs This too shall pass, I am like the sky, everthing else is weather. Yourself First. Recognize in someways, you are the sky, all these passing experiences, gain and loss, fame and obscurity. All these wins... could you be like the sky, like the mirror that reflects. Nothing in the mirrir affects the mirror. Perfect Equanimity, towards all the ups and downs and life.. Money, Praise, Disease, Relationships, Harmoney, Disharmoney, PERFECT Equanimity. Stitha Pragna. Unshaken. Like the SKy. Wishing the same for others. You are the sky, All the changes are just temporary. Each one of us has this capacity. Upeksha. All beings. Near and far.... known and unknown... all directions.. all beings.. may they wake up to their sky like nature. Happiness of all beings. THIS IS ACTUALLY TRUE HAPPINESS. Mind doesn't get troubled, or feverish. It remains stable, secure. Wishing them perfect equanimity. This is true happienss 28:18 Buddha describes THIS as the ultimate blessing. Not being troubled and feeling secure through ups and downs. Etan Mangalam, Uttamam Complete the practice by enjoying the chant 32:00 Aisha BrahmaViharHo (This part always makes me fry) When suffering arises, may compassion arises When someone is prospering, may mudita arise When someone is... In all situations, may upeksha Arise, Let that be your foundation. Take a deep breath Keeping your inner Balance Rub your palms together Move your eyes 34:00 Conclusion The practice begins by thinking. Little by little you BECOME these qualities. The quality of our life is rarely the circumstances. The quality of our life, is the quality of our consciousness Nothing shows the quality of our consciousness more accurately than our relationships haha (with oursleves and others). Boundless Drop, in Boundless Ocean (Quote from someone) Thank yoourself and everybody for this practice. Go on with your day. 34:00 Q & A Question: If ignorance is bliss, then knowing is what? Answer: (Laughs). I don't think ignorance is bliss. Its like saying coma is bliss. The reason it appears that way is because our sensitivity is not at pace with our equaniminity. But as your equanimity and compassion keeps pace and you keep your heart open to the wisdom of life, suffering grately reduces. So ignorance is not bliss. Its a coma. Eventnually the bublle will burst. KNOWING IS BLISS I am is the most basic truth. Everything else is debateable Sat Chit Ananda. This is bliss. This is Ananda. (I cried I have no idea why. This is bliss. Someone said in the comments, and I cried too). Meeting concludes in gratitude. Thank you Everybody.

Guess anything less than vegan would be hypocritical. I think Nithya Shanti is vegan . Heard him once about the cruelty in the dairy industry
