Thank you for sharing, Juli and helping us understand the relationship between covenant marriage and our covenant love relationship with the 3-in-1 God (a jealous God) and the Truth (Jh 17:3; 8:32). Thank you for showing us that we are not called to a life of obedience, but to a life of knowing (yada - Gen 4:1) the love of the Father, the grace of the Lord Jesus, and the fellowship of the HG. The more I KNOW Him, the more I will OBEY Him xxx

I have been have deep valley of sexual perversions. and severed family relationships and nearly destroyed my life if it wasn’t for my striving to become more intimate with Christ, is the only thing that keeps me alive. Your personal story made me cry and touched me deeply. I love ❤️ you and yours for sharing God’s truth on this subject and yes you are theologically correct. I know because I’m bible student and called into the ministry. I’ve grown over the years but still in the struggle thank you so much please keep the good work. Thank you ❤

The topic is informative. It can be understood from the perspective of Christs love for the church. He calls the church his bride and he was sacrificed for it. He uncoditionally loves it irrespective of its imperfections. Christ loved the church and dief for it.

God is not like a man, that gets upset with you everytime you fall and expects better of you or otherwise abandons you. He understands you better then anyone and never condemns you. He will work in your life and you will one day be free of it. When you understand that, it is in itself such a freedom! Becouse you will no longer expect to do better and get fearful and frustrated but will trust Him to change what you can’t. Give this issue to Him. Only He has the power to change anything.

It’s too bad that the word “Sex”, has become such a worldly word. Why not trade it for the word, “intimacy”?
@PureDesireMinistries Жыл бұрын
Making intimacy just about sex is a limited view. Intimacy is physical, emotional, spiritual, etc. That's why we don't just use "intimacy" as a catch-all term for sex.

where do people like me @79 yrs old in a sexless marriage for 35 yrs, almost died in Navy at sea, have bi-polar depression for 55 yrs, abuse growing up, loss of many jobs because of depression had 2 surgeries in left eye I am blind in that eye, at least 6 major surgeries where I could have died , maybe had sex 15 times in my life recent battle with a disease for 2 yrs - nothing but heart ache. So just where the hell do I fit in. Numerous other injuries. I am a Christian but I don't see any good times on the horizon for me . Triple by pass, stent and lung surgery in one yr. What a useless life. Jim

Not a useless life, Jim. We suggest getting help in counseling/therapy. Have you pursued that?

A lot of what we experience on the outside is an out-mirroring of the script we have written within our own heart about what life is and how it functions, what we are worthy of, who God is. What we perceive as happening to us, in large measure we are really doing to ourselves. This seems hard to believe because we don''t like the things we are experiencing. We wish they were different. The universe functions on laws, not caprice. Our thoughts and beliefs are the seeds we sow and then reap. The good news is that we can sow new seeds any time we choose. Once sown, there is a time of faith without outward sight evidence when the seed is germinating out of view, but the harvest will come if we persist in faith. The foundation is this: God is good and he wills for every person life and life in abundance. He is the source of that life himself and we must learn to draw his life through faith into our experience. We must pull out every weed that contradicts that. Healing in every part of life will begin to flow. The spiritual life is not effort or human logic, it is total faith in the goodness of God and his finished work on our behalf. When we change our thoughts and focus, and as radically as we can do that is as radically as our life can change. We are all on this same journey. Blessings!

You’re focusing too much in the past shouldn’t be alive right now make yourself right with God and quit complaining about your past toughen up a little bit and move on. I have had a lot of surgeries, but I’ve been molested four times physically abused by a stepfather for 10 years thrown downstairs Sent away from my mother several times as a child. I’ve struggled my whole life it’s made me stronger thicker skinned still miserable a lot, but I try to be happy and just spread the love of God around what he’s done for my life instead of focusing on the negative when I do that, I don’t do anything else very well you’ll be all right pray and remember women are not supposed to be preaching. This woman has a doctorate so her ego is so big and she can do whatever she wants. She’s pathetic totally going to guess what God wants us to do big-time big-time
@dalesteiner2380 Жыл бұрын
Therapy counseling God is the best healer and counselor. Why would you send him to another man or woman? You’re pathetic you’re not supposed to be preaching leave people alone you’re wrong and you know it. This is part of the reason why society is the way it is right now because people don’t follow the Bible at all. They think it’s just interesting reading a lot of history whoa whoa, is you you have to deal with God later. Good luck with that you have time you can repent and stop making these videos stop preaching still have time.

@ Jim 3545 There isn't a useless life even if you have a wife that you feel you're getting old and won't fulfill the obligations. Which the Word of God stated that it's better to stay single than to be married because your devotion gets shifted tilting more focus on your partner than God. However, it's better to be married than to burn, so as to avoid falling into sexual sin. Apostle Paul saw the light that was with Moses and God's church in the wilderness and understood it was Christ he is persecuting so he chose to remain single. I am married but not staying with my wife and kid's which I would have loved to but am staying with my mother watching and taking care of her I'll health due to hardships after loosing my job. However, I will sincerely tell you that God is keeping me aware from sexual sin through the love of God and grace that if I had not known him. Today's world would have make my life sinful and miserable. However, the Word of God drew me closer to God and also kept trust in my home. I believed that God will give you the love and grace to find that life is good than anything else if you're in him. Only yield more to him and he will transform your life. Abraham was an example see! God can even heal you if you get that faith from the same word of God we hear. Shalom sir!

Second, Timothy says women are not supposed to preach if you’re a doctor, you know where it’s at believe it or not you’re in direct violation of God’s word, and that’s pathetic. Women are not supposed to preach. You’ll have to answer for it not me just trying to help you out a little bit Doctor ? So you got your doctorate in going against God’s word just say it pathetic
