no offense, but this is nonsensical. Basically, there could be made a case for integrity, but spirituality and being in touch with the feminine? That sounds more like feminine traits than masculine traits. I am pretty sure being masculine means being disciplined, competent, stoic and both mentally and physically strong. Also, your usage of the word "shadow" is confusing to me because there is a very famous and important definition of Karl Jung according to whom being in close contact with your shadow is one of the main signs of masculinity.

No offense, but you need to do more research. Everyone has both masculine and feminine energies inside them in equal measure. We came into this life to master one of them you could say. The feminine energy is about receiving pleasure, manifesting, feelings, etc. We have suppressed the feminine on this planet for thousands of years. As a result of this do you see people living a happy life full of love and abundance? No, most people are miserable. Also, being in touch with the shadow is exactly what Lorin describes. Be aware of it, address it and don’t let it ruin your life.
